First of all let's just start out with the fact that I have tried so many work out plans to shed these stubborn lbs and this is the first with easy to follow along exercises that you can actually feel working that don't take up 90 minutes of your day. I was pretty disappointed with the UXUI and overall experience. I like the notifications but I would've liked for them to be delivered in a gunner way. Emojis? Actual text messages that sound like a person?

Completely satisfied with the program. I don't do all the food and drink stuff but the exercises are great. I mostly just signed up for the exercises but appreciate that that the other sources are there.

I started 5 days ago after a long time I coudn't commit to any sport. Every day I did the exercises
The music and the rhythm is perfect for me. There are sometimes gaps between the video shown and the oral explanation though.
