These exercises so far are hard for me because I am recovering from a back injury and I'm 82 years old. But it's a challenge that I can meet. The exercise keeps changing so the same muscles don't get tired.

I have completed several trainings, I really like them. The exercises are well presented, everything is clear and easy. There is a minus, when I turn on the music it sounds muffled.
I really enjoy the multi-faceted element of the app. I signed up to get the at-home workouts (which are great) and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to track water, steps, fasting, calories, and macros. The app works very well (no glitches so far). The only thing that could make it better is a bit more integration between the features and more customized advice. For example, I get reminders to do my workout even after I've already done it. I start my fast and it tells me I should still be eating, even thought I've already consumed my daily calories and macros. Also, it doesn't seem that the app will adjust my daily recommendations based on my progress. These are all minor issues. All in all, the app is working really well and is helping me manage my health holistically - much better than other apps I've tried.
