First time was really positive. I have to admit that was really carefully designed.
I started this because I'm currently in PT for issues related to hypermobility. The physical therapists told me that I'd need to work out pretty intensely forever to keep my pain down, but I didn't know where to start. I also have terrible, unchecked ADHD, so I knew remembering to exercise and making my own exercise plan would be difficult for me.
Thus far, I've been very happy with my plan from Better Me. It's definitely kicking my butt, but that's what I need.
I also signed up with it through paypal, so I'm not worried about errant charges.
This app has been brilliant, more than just a fitness app with the calorie tracker and all the excerises.
The workouts have shown me how feeble with age I have become. The exercises help strengthen my muscles and give me hope for a shapelier future!
The workouts are short, easy to follow and can be done anywhere which is what I like. If I want to add an extra workout I can or I can just do my daily. A great way to start back into an exercise routine because I can do it from home and don't require equipment. This is my first week but it seems like it will be a program that I will maintain.
I have only used Better Me foe two days but so far it is what I expected. Looking forward to the completing the 28 day program
I'm 4 workouts in and so far…love it. I feel like I'm already feeling a little difference, but what's great about it, is I feel it everywhere. You can go at your own pace, by pausing after each rep, but I try and push myself to just keep moving. After a pretty serious shoulder surgery a little more than a year ago, this routine has really helped me to start rebuilding.

First time really working out you could say. It feels good too. The workout isn't hard except the balance part of it but you feel the difference it makes. I'm 70 now and working on my stomach more than anything and this seems to help but this is only my 2nd day.
