It's only been six days but my experience has been great as I have my own coach who encourages me along with a exercise plan that suits my needs as I have a lot imedical conditions. I'm excited to see my changes over the month.
I had read a lot of complaints, but decided to give it a try anyways. Let me tell you, I am very satisfied with this app.
The costs are fair. I normally find it hard to follow a regime, but this app is great. I have been doing the exercises every day, even when I come home from work and feel really whacked. The exercises are easy to follow and in my first week they have been very varied. What is great is that they call in to see if you want to adjust the exercises. I answered the query and within 15 minutes got a reply back from customer services with great tips (they are knowledgable - I have a shoulder injury). I feel I get my moneys worth. The best app I've ever used!
I am actually enjoying the workouts and looking forward to unlock the next workout the following day. One comment would be to extend the transition time from one exercise to another as one would need to act fast if one has an exercise on the floor and the next exercise is standing up (and vice versa)

Amazing for beginners, to start some form of exercise. The exercises are easy yet help you push yourself.
The app is super easy to use. The menus and forms are user and beginner friendly. What keeps me going is the reminders, those come up on the nick of time and help me focus on the task ahead and keep it one day at the time.
Up until now, everything looks great, I haven't started yet my workout routines due to a use of medicine that I need before, but just looking into the app everything looks great.
I've been out of the gym for a while and my clothes haven't been fitting as well as they used to. I came across BetterMe and purchased the 12 week plan. I love that the videos are easy to follow, and there's so many great features such as a step counter and water and calorie tracker! Plus, the workouts only take 15 minutes of your day while still helping you feel energized!
I really like the look and feel of this app. The meal plans are an amazing starting point. I went into the website to look through even more information related to nutrition and meal plans. I am working on crafting a meal plan that works with my current income. I can't afford a personal coach at the moment or a better me fitness band even though the band would make the app more usable and results would be even more achievable. As well personal coaching would be inspiring and motivating. Thank you for creating this app and helping so many people achieve there goals.
