So far better me has been super gentle on my joints and has actually helped calm a lot of my aches and pains. The mindfulness has been great to most daily stresses I have. The diet log has help with the overall break down in what I need most of all.

I just started. I like that it's very interactive. It is challenging for a beginner but not overwhelming. I like the option of continuing to other workout options if you feel you can continue. Which I have used and are more challenging but I like that. So far I would definitely recommend this is ( I actually have already told a few people about it)

I'm loving this app so far! The exercises are perfect for my incredibly out of shape self. They push me just enough so that I feel it a little the next day, but I'm not totally out of commission from pushing myself too far. I've only missed one day so far due to sickness & lady related things, but I came right back to it the next day. Can't wait to see myself at the end of 4 weeks!
I enjoy your yoga programme very much. However, I may have picked the wrong time to start since I am on a journey right noe, and because it is difficult to find time for the exercises. However, I will continue as soon as I find the time for it (very soon)
The app personalizes everything to your needs and goals. I love that it provides a comprehensive meal plan that is not generic or basic. The meal plan is so customized to me, my needs, and food preferences. The meals look amazing and simple enough that anyone could make them. The meal plan is a real perk and benefit that I haven't found to be as tailored to me and thorough as other subscription plans. I have subscribed to many workout apps and this one seems to surpass my expectations. I love again that it is tailored to my specific goals and interests. I love the somatic movement offerings and this app is much more user friendly and clear as opposed to a different somatic movement app I trialed (yoga-go)- I highly recommend this app and offering over yoga-go!
There are many other benefits and features offered with this app and I just haven't had the time to drive in as deeply as I would like to. The only thing I've wondered while liking this app offering so far is the wish that there was a discounted annual pricing option.
I like the app and the customizations options but $35+/monthly is more than my gym membership, I got a really great deal when I first signed up and I'll probably pay the full price next month but after that I'll probably have to cancel my subscription. It's just too expensive.

Easy transition to fit into my schedule between work, home and studying.
I am appreciative of the tailoring to specific people and time frame. I injured my foot and haven't lost progress, it's just on standby. When I'm healed I can just pick up where I left off. I love the tracking of calories and water. It helps me a lot since I have ADHD and wouldn't have any clew otherwise.
With two young kids and a full time job, I had become quite sedentary. 15-30 minutes a day after bedtime has been easy to fit in and engaging enough that I don't get bored.
