I love these workouts. I injured my wrist doing Pilates and needed a new strengthening workout. This is no joke. I can really feel it in my legs, arms and core, which is what I requested. I look forward to this workout every day. Thank you so much.

The app is easy to use and there are lots of options for tracking food. The workouts are a lot shorter than I expected but I like it because it's keeping me on track. I do have modify a lot due to a back injury but I am able to select workouts for my disability. Oh! And the workouts have a countdown timer so it doesn't feel impossible! I decided to get the fitness tracker since I don't have one so I'm just waiting for it to arrive.
Very pleased and feel great after with the workouts. They are just right for my level of endurance. I love seeing the calories burned
It is going very well. I like the fact that the exercises don't last for a long time and there's an opportunity to rest so that you can give it your all the next go round.

Busy mum while being a homemaker I don't get the luxury to go the gym the cost of it and having a family. I have also a foot injury and back injury which causes a lot of problems with fitness and feeling good. But since using this better me app has been great few of the exercises I haven't been able to do but that's okay I like how they are quick and easy, and plenty of other exercises to do aswell 8/10
