I'm on day 4 of my 28-day program. Each day I learn a little more about the app and am now tracking my walking but also my water, food and intermittent fasting schedule.
The only negative is that we actually have to hold our iPhone while walking on treadmill for steps and distance to be logged, otherwise it doesn't register (even if the app is connected on my Apple Watch - this should prob be fixed since most other fitness apps are able to accomplish this).
I am loving my BetterMe app! I am on my 2nd 28-Day Challenge which keep me consistent and moving towards my goals. I am excited to have an all-in-one weight loss accountability platform! It logs my workouts, calories, steps, meals! ALL in one place! HIGHLY Recommend and Will Recommend!

The exercises are challenging and I like the extra training videos.
I've just started the program and I have had a lot of energy loss over the last couple of years. I'm a Covid long haulier so it's just starting from scratch and basically just pacing myself.

I just finished day 3 of my workout plan. So far it has been easy to do. That makes me want to keep up with it. I will come back to do another review after week 2.
Honestly when I looked at some of the workouts I was like hmm these look kinda simple and should be a breeze. Well they are simple but the burn you get doing them is amazing. I love when I'm working and can feel the burn while doing it. The meal plans make it so easy to stay on track. Before I got this app I was like what do eat but now I just click and bam whole meal plan for the day and through the week.
I went to the gym regularly til I reached the age of 60. For no apparent reason stopped going. Continued walking and playing volleyball, took up pickleball in a big way and did some in person chair exercises but realize I need the stretching and specific targeting which Better Me is providing. I'm not looking for apparel, coaching, or recipes. I may not know how to navigate the program completely on my own but I am doing 2 workouts a day, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. I like the opportunity to do as little or as much as I want. Let's say I feel like I'm getting back on track..

I am a mom and I found it hard to get in a routine and find workouts that were helpful to my weight loss journey, the better me app has helped get me started and into a routine that works for me. It has helped me get back on my feet and get back into a routine.
The app is super easy to navigate and there are some awesome works. I definitely recommend for the gym girls that stopped working out for awhile and need to gain their strength back.
I like the short first workout to help me get started. (Short, not easy)
I would like to be able to see and/or activate the next day's workout since I workout at night and sometimes it crossed into the next day. Eg, I did my workout just after midnight, so the next day I can't do it at 11:30pm, I have to wait until the next day.
Great workouts even though it is only a short time I can feel my workout taking effect after each one.
I really enjoy it. It's easy to understand. The exercises are great. Breaks you in slowly. All in all, it's a great app and plan.
I love the workouts! Challenging but not to the point where I feel discouraged.! I actually look forward to doing them.
