Well I'm 3 days into BetterMe and it's been great so far! I love the meal suggestions and progress trackers. I like the chat to talk to a trainer if I have any questions and I like how the app asks you if you can do more after the workout. The workouts are good too but I feel like it's not what I expected. I've been going to the gym pretty consistently over this past year and I told the app that I will use the gym for my workouts but I can't imagine doing these workouts in my gym. I was expecting to use more gym equipment. I usually go to the gym with a focus and do my exercises like lower body, chest etc… these workouts are like circuits and they haven't really been focused on one part of the body. Like today my workout is all core with just tricep pulldowns. As a bigger person I'm not going to get on the ground next to a cable machine to do core and then get start doing tricep pulldowns and repeat 3 times. It's weird! So I've found myself choosing to do these workouts at home since I have some equipment here. I was hoping for a more traditional gym program so maybe I'm less of a beginner than I thought. Idk if I'm actually going to do more than this beyond the 28 day challenge but we'll see.
The exercises and demonstrations are easy to follow for beginners, and the reminders to schedule workouts and track your diet can be really helpful with motivation.
As a new user of the app, I have a suggestion that could significantly enhance its functionality.
It would be great if the calorie log could automatically adjust to include the calories burned during the day. For instance, if I set my daily intake to 1,500 kcal and burn 350 kcal through exercise, the log should update to show a total of 1,850 kcal.
This feature would help me stay on track with my daily calorie goals by factoring in my exercise.
Overall, I'm really enjoying the app!😊
This is the first fitness/wellness app I have used that has me feeling like I will actually stick with it long-term. It introduces lifestyle change in a gentle manner and doesn't discourage the user with overwhelming workouts beyond their capabilities

One of the rare affordable applications that actually gives you what you paid for it and then some, I'm barely 2 days into the routine, but I can tell somebody put some thought and effort into this, and I am here for it. I've already recommended it to a coworker and my girlfriend, so we are tracking each other's progress and it helps to stay accountable
No history of working out, but the customization and tailored routines are presented in appropriate time frames for this busy professional parent. Yet still walk away feeling challenged and fit. Still early on my journey, but it's been a great experience so far with BetterMe.

I've tried a few of these apps but the BetterMe is simple to follow and the instructions are concise as are the videos. The length of work outs are great and suits my ability at present. Top marks folks.
