The app has things like a goal, a standard, and workouts for me to follow and even gives me chances to keep going if I can do more and stop when I can and I believe that this app is the first of many apps I've used to have that so I am extremely grateful.
I enjoy the app since it assess where I am and slowly encourages me and takes me to where I can be and provides me the option to push myselff and stay moti.
The daily workout routines give me a chance to ease into my weight loss journey. Plus, if I have extra time, I can choose to do more! The reminders are also very helpful and the tips + tricks that I've received this far has been immensely helpful as I am learning new things!

I wish that it counted towards the plan when I do a separate workout besides the one assigned that day. It won't mark the day as completed unless I do the workout assigned for that day. I also cannot get Spotify to connect to the app whatsoever. I opened a help ticket about the issue and still have yet to hear back. Also, logging calories/food intake is really unintuitive and you almost need to exactly how many ounces of something you ate in order to record it, if you don't already know the exact calories. Therefore, I know the calorie counter and the exercise log are both inaccurate, so it's hard to really see your progress.
It is very useful bcz i can do some exercises at home with my little son. It is easy to follow up but i feel it in my muscles.
Loving the simplicity and ease of this app. My favorite features are connecting my Spotify playlist and that the video turns to landscape mode.
I have just started using the app but to be honest it has been a nice surprise, the exercise are well planned and take little time to do it, so there are no excuses! Also the reading material makes it easier to get the right mindset
This app is amazing. They use a holistic approach to weight management and weight loss by incorporating better sleeping tools, ways to restructure how you view hunger, an intermittent fasting clock that works for your schedule, and short workouts that are tailored to your current physical ability. I've only been on for a week now, but I'm really loving this app so far.

But what I have done so far makes me feel better. I'm almost 80 and I recommend people in my age group should try it. Even if you can't do all of it it gets you moving.
I just turned 50, am mostly sedentary, and in desperate need of some regular exercise. Everything I've tried for the past year never sticks. I've done my BetterMe workout every day so far (been about a week now). I feel better. I actually move muscles I forgot I had, AND I'm less sore than when I wasn't exercising at all! Each day I feel like I've accomplished something, and it motivates me to accomplish more. I highly recommend giving this a try if you need some exercise but lack the motivation and/or time to do it.
