So far I am very happy with being motivated!and I get up every morning ready to start.
It's Day 4, and I'm enjoying it so far. There's so much information on the app that I didn't expect, I thought I was just paying for daily workouts. The workouts are still there, and feel like they are exactly where I need them considering my lack of fitness, but there is also meal planner, fasting tracker, and sooo many articles to read! I've also had an issue getting the metrics changed, but got a very quick response with a step by step process that worked straight away! Very happy so far, feeling motivated to continue.
I have used this app for my personal weight loss and muscle gain objective and the personalised plan that I have received is very helpful. The workouts align with my goals and I am optimistic to see results in the coming weeks.

I'm a mom of 2. I used to work out but have not in The last 6 years. So, this program took into account my current weight and met me where I'm at. The first few work outs have been just challenging enough and I find I'm able to sleep better. I don't have to go to a gym or buy expensive equipment. It's just me, a mat and a towel to help my knees and back. I'm old people! Lol Either way, I'm very satisfied thus far with the program.
I love this app. I love how it logs my meals keeping track of calories and the amount of water I drink daily.

The chair yoga program is excellent! It's perfectly timed for someone like me who's not done exercise for quite some time. Just long enough each day to give me a work out but not too long to exhaust me. Loving it so far after day 4
Loving this personalized Pilates app! I entered my goals, key being I've never done Pilates before, and it created the perfect exercise reps very easy to follow. 25 minute work out to my preference, starting out slowly to work my way up. It's exactly what I was hoping for. Cheers to getting toned and feeling great!
The price seemed a little high, but the program is pretty good. I like it and will keep it. I would prefer a pay once and be done model, or even a try it for 3 days offer. The video is good and the self select for the set up is pretty well done.
