The intensity is just right and the app is user friendly. I like that they give you a preview of what exercise is coming up next so you can have an idea of what to do next. Just on day 2, but glad that I have done 2 days of exercise more than what I was doing prior to this. Got a good introductory trial deal.

I clicked through an advertisement on Instagram, looking for something to help me slowly get in shape after too many years working at a desk. I just wanted something that would motivate me to do 15 min a day, all I have time for, but make progress losing weight, strengthening my core and improving flexibility and posture. I had surgery on both shoulders(last year on left/right in '23) and wanted something to get started with body weight exercises to get back into it. BetterMe has surprised me and I've been soaked after the workouts the first two days. Looking forward to seeing the results and hitting my goal weight.
