As a woman at the age of 57 finding the answer to staying active and making good choices with foods has been a challenge. This program has allowed me to focus on the accountability and yet stay in control. I love that I get to check the boxes for my choices ( I am a list maker) the tracking of my water intake with a goal gives me encouragement to meet my goal. The exercise is great for me. Low impact yet each morning I can tell that I am gently toning my body.
The workouts are great, although I'm a bit rusty. Most the workouts I can do, after a few classes I'm sure I'll be agile enough to do them even better. Waiting for my watch to come, i should've just got a coach but it's alright without one as well.
So far, I'm really enjoying this program. The exercises are easy on my back, how to perform the exercises is explained clearly, and I like how after you are finished, you are asked if you could do more, stay with what you did, or if it was too much. I enjoy that it can be customized.
I began better me to work on my health and overall wellness. It has been an "all in one" so far with workouts, calorie and water trackers, a coaching professional on hand if desired...etc. I am pleased with my experience and intend to be very diligent in working with the BetterMe program on my wellness journey. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I signed up for an add-on package that advertised it coming with a free fitness tracker band, but there have been no indicators on how you are supposed to receive that. I have written an email to ask but haven't seen a response yet.
