I like that there is a daily follow-up on the training, as it helps me stay motivated. However, I feel that the workouts are a bit short in duration. Nonetheless, I understand that this is because I am just starting. I imagine that as the days go by, the difficulty will increase. Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing how it evolves and the changes I might achieve in the future.

The challenges for a starter like me are great. Normally i tend to give up when it's very tough but the ability to pause as needed and redo the exercise is a plus!

I just wish there'd be a more flexible way to log my food, as oftentimes what I'm having is not on the pop-up list that comes up below the foods I'm logging.
It's also difficult for me to know exact serving size, as I don't want to be using a scale all the time to measure what I'm eating at this point (as it is potentially triggering for unhealthy obsession for me).
I also wish the 1 on 1 was more affordable.
But overall, awesome app!
I'm really enjoying the workouts so far and actually do not dread starting them everyday because they are tailored to me and do not feel impossible. I'm feeling great so far and not hurting myself.
Only giving one review because I can't give zero. I actually have an email from the company confirming the account was canceled and they took the money in error BUT WONT REFUND!
They seem to think offering three months free use of an app I don't use is enough. It's almost laughable and I'll gladly provide proof that the account is cancelled and they admit they still took money.
I wasn't expecting how much I would enjoy the meal recorder because I haven't taken the time to record my calories before. Very eye opening

I love this workout, app … even though it's 13 minutes to 21 minutes, depending on the routine… It's only been a few days, but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised how Much I enjoy it thus far … FYI, I have purchased 3 months of the work out and I guarantee you I will do it every day… :)) )
