This app has really been an amazing all-in-one health improvement source. It's so easy to log information for the food log, weigh-ins, water consumption, exercise, etc. And on top of that, it keeps track of my fasting/eating hours so that it simplifies intermittent fasting.
I think the instructor could explain the actual movement beforehand better and if we will be switching size! Not a lot of communication to explain! But it definitely is challenging me!
