So far it's been a good experience. I choose exercise for beginnings to start out with and I am feeling more flexible already.
Let's me workout when I have time, with control over what I work and for how long. The programme lets me work at my own pace and adjust up or down as I see fit. I love the flexibility it gives.

Hi! I just signed up a few days ago and am still exploring the app to learn all of the features. There is so much to try. I have completed only workout due to my schedule the last week, so I am definitely going to increase that. I feel like it is hard to give an accurate review being a member for only a few days.
Only four days in but seems great. Wide variety of exercises, all different. Different levels. Very happy so far.
It helped me lose 2kg in 1 week. It's really great i didn't think it would be that good. I will recommend it to my friends
The workouts are easy on my body but the next day I'm soar and surprised because it was not strenuous at all while doing the exercises. Quick results and feel great!

It's just 3 days completed taking this subscription and I am feeling very better in my body and specially in my belly area.

I have always struggled with finding a healthy meal plan and workouts catered to my specific needs and Better Me has been amazing. I have been doing a minimum of two workouts a day not missing a day due to the reminders, the app sends me. I have also been eating better than I have any ears due to the meal plan provided and being able to log my calories if I go outside of my meal plan, it helping me find a strategic way to adjust my intake for the day. This includes if I eat a doughnut what foods I should eat instead for the rest of the day to make up for the lack in protein and a high amount of calories.
