I'm enjoying my daily exercise so far. If it's not enough I just double up from the day before with the daily one. I do want to point out I contacted them for help 2 days ago and still have not gotten a response. My phone and my iPad have different daily activities. It's like they are 2 separate accounts. I hope this is not the case. I have the app on my phone and signed into my account on the BetterMe website on my iPad. Getting back to our inquired should be done within 24 hours.
I like how I can scan the bar codes to know how much I'm eating. I also like the accountability of drinking enough water etc.

This mess workouts have been extremely easy to add into my schedule everyday. They are under 30 minutes and it's a great workout! I'm working muscles I don't think I have ever worked out before! I love the variety of exercises in the workouts too. If I want a longer workout for the day there are more add-on workouts I can choose from! I LOVE THIS APP!

The exercises are nice and can be challenging, I wish i could customise my plan a little bit more though or maybe take the quiz again because i think overall it's quite easy. I've only just started so I imagine the exercises will get harder over the 12 weeks as I get more familiar with using the equipment.
Felt better these last few days just doing a little something each day and also keeps track of my eating to let me know if I have ate under or over the calories per day
