I wanted to edit this review and let everyone know that BetterMe has fixed the issue. It was resolved to my full satisfaction. I am looking forward to continuing with this service. I respect that I was contacted and we came to a decision that served both of us. I won't change what I wrote originally as that is what lead us to this. But I did want them to know that I aprreciated their dealings with me to resolve my issue. Thanks Erin for all your help.

I would like to cancel my subscription after my 30 days I ordered

As you can see I cancelled this on Jul 9,2021 and you send a note saying you received my request and you still charged me for 2 months that shouldn't have been billed. Please reverse these charges back to my credit card and have someone contact me asap.

It's been two months since I've been sticking to this plan and feeling positive changes in my body. Regular check-ins inside the app help me to monitor it.

I'm crazy about eating. Please, imagine my surprise when I saw all sorts of diet types, according to your liking and lifestyle: Traditional, Vegetarian, Keto, Pescatarian, Paleo and so on.

It is a great solution for people who are in need of motivation. Professional advice and sincere care of the team are giving you an impression to be surrounded by friends who ache for your every goal. Love it.

When you think you buy a 7 days personalized meal plan, you are instead being scammed into a subscription to a $#*!ty app with disgusting recipees which absolutely don't take into account any of the personalizing facts you had to inform them about prior to them taking your money. This is just part of their trick. Once they have your credit card they ll send you an email, asking you to use their app which has generic programms and will for instance suggest to eat nuts twice a day even though you are allergic to them and have excluded them from the "plan" prior to giving them your credit card details. You then also realize you ll never get your plan and that they changed the deal into a monthly payment commitment! Stay away from these scammers! I ll alert the police! Their customer service is just answering sleezily you ll never be treated honestly this is a scam!

One day, searching my Instagram, I saw an extraordinary advertisement that caught my eye. It was our first meeting with my fitness coach and digital friend BetterMe.

The best part of the app is the workout section. I can choose the type of workout for each day. It includes dancing, walking, running workouts, fitness and yoga, pilates and stretching, family workouts, and even wheelchair workouts. You may find a guided video with voice support in each workout.

I have followed the plan they developed for me, and cardio is an important thing for me as I initially wanted to lose some weight. And you know what? I've lost 9 pounds!

The application is wonderful. The only app that offers exercises for people with disabilities. Incredible support. Especially now in times of virus and quarantine. The app has everything to keep you healthy without leaving home. I fell in love with this program that really helps you become a Better Me!

Love their intermittent fasting and water tracker option! Cool app, helpful workouts, dilicious meals!

Workouts? Dancing? Walking? Running? Trackers to check everything you do or eat? Fasting? Meal plan? Meditation? You won't believe it, this app has everything and even more!

I can work out at home and be sure I am never bored with the exercises. The training section is really great!

Let me say that any app that has customer service like that I FULLY SUPPORT even if the app isn't exactly for me.

I follow their vegetarian diet most of the time and this plan helps me to stay motivated and try new recipes. The meals are delicious!

Gives motivation not to forget about training and water intake. Anyone who loses weight or wants to keep in shape - highly recommended!

I feel much more motivated and inspired for working on myself. I always needed external motivation and this is it, BetterMe works perfectly for me, I got the necessary support and motivation from just one app

Overall, BetterMe is a great app for someone who works hard and doesn't have much time or simply cannot afford a trainer or a nutritionist!

There are a lot of different workouts, but what I like the most are Dancing Workouts and Family Workouts. My mom is fond of these workouts too! We are practicing them since Lockdown time and have a great mood all the time. My mom even purchased dumbbells and skipping rope, I can't believe it!

This app is great! BetterMe helps me to keep fit by following their day-to-day program. I do workouts in the early morning and do 9000 steps after work and now I feel great!
