As the title says, sore. For me, being sore is a gage of what muscles I don't use regularly. I love to mountain bike but in Michigan the weather can predict a lot of no go riding. Sure there are other options like a trainer but it does not use the muscles I would use otherwise on my local trails. With that said, increasing strength to other muscles around the areas that are used to being stretched will improve my stamina and help prevent injures. It's a Win-Win for me!

I enjoy the workouts. They are challenging but not difficult. The best part is that if you want to workout more they give you an opportunity to continue on after you have completed your first workout
I am satisfied. I believe I can push myself a little more than the workout is doing, but I feel like the workout is concentrating on areas that need work. Ie my back. I am excited to see where the coming days take me.

I love the options to follow the meal plan (or not!), to log your water (or not), to log the amount of time you fast (or not), etc. I like that the options are there, but I don't generally get on my phone a lot, so it's no big deal if I log everything or not.
Nice start feeling the change after the first few days. The app is a good encouragement and helps so long as you use it fully.

I am just 5 days in but this app has so much to offer. From workouts that are customized to additional workouts if you want to get a bit more in each day, and a place to log your food and weight as well! The workout is actually more challenging than I expected which is great. At most mine are about 20 minutes and that fits perfectly into my morning routine!
The app helps motivate me to do all the things I know I should be doing but don't…like walking, stretching and drinking more water.
