I have tried other online work outs and usually hurt myself in the first few days. Yours has been perfect for a former athlete who is WAY out of shape.

Hele slechte ervaring, er wordt meer geld afgeschreven dan de bedoeling is. Contract afgesloten van 24.19euro, tegelijkertijd wordt er nogmaals 29.99euro afgeschreven.
Contract beëindigd, vervolgens wordt er een maand later weer 2x geld afgeschreven. Namelijk 34.56 euro + 59.99euro.
Hierover meerdere keren gemaild, meerdere keren berichten gestuurd via de app maar krijg nooit nergens een reactie op!

I love that the workouts are accessible, quick, effective, and easy to do on my own.
I'm only on Day 2 of my 28 day subscription. I do like the workouts and stretches. As someone with chronic knee pain, and limited movement, the plan seems to work for me and where I am physically.
I feel more light and flexible than before.its not very difficult also.just need to find a few mins in a day

My desire to download and subscribe to BetterMe was not a New Year's Resolution, but more of an accountability tool. My eating choices had not been great for a month or so, so I was really looking for an app that I could add my caloric intake, water intake, etc. When I looked more closely at what the app has, I was intrigued by the fitness videos and targeted workouts.
I am only a few days into it, but I like the interface, the videos are pretty good, and I feel like it is "do-able".
Goes too fast, changing from lying on the floor to standing and not enough time to see the next exercise. I can't get through the first day and they won't refund my money unless you do 7 days. NOT HAPPY

I have only done the work outs a couple of times. I noticing that it is easier to move around more already. I like that they ask you how you feel and if you feel like you can do more. Today I was surprised that they set me up on a certain time each day.
