I absolutely love everything about BetterMe from the meal plan to easy recipes and the exercise I like how gradual it is to follow. Can't wait to receive my board
So far so good. Very happy with the exercise routines. My only complaint is how the videos seem to stop half way through the exercise and plays the same video twice in the timeframe of one exercise. Not a big problem. Just a little awkward
Easy and low impact on joints. Even tho it's short workouts it really gets my heart rate up.
I'm still in my first week of the program and I can actually see a difference in my muscle tone! My tummy feels tighter and my arms are starting to show definition again. As a former runner I love that the workouts are low impact on my knees and they're enjoyable. I also like using my Spotify playlist rather than canned instrumental music.
I'm really liking the workouts. I feel them, even though they are short. I need short bc I have a busy schedule and a 2 year old keeping me busy! I also ordered the reformer and can't wait to try that too!
