Progress not perfection!
I've been enjoying the app so far, I find myself motivated to do it every day.
The payment is charged, but app isn't working in my country. That isn't fair, why'd you even offer these payments for me? Will I be charged monthly? How can I get refund? There's tons of bad reviews about it, so sad I haven't seen it before.
I tried to contact via email, but received only auto-replies.
Love the exercise every morning enjoy the way I can log my foods intake
I love how it has encouraging reading material, various extra work outs, and even calming music as you work out
I've been doing the somatic exercises and I'm not done with the program but I am already seeing a difference in the way my body feels. The length of the daily exercises is very reasonable and they are very easy to do. I'm very happy with the program.
I paid 10$ for 1 week and I didn't noticed anything till one day that I've seen my PayPal activity and I've seen that. I emailed them 3 times and It was always the same answer " we're gonna contact you as soon as possible". Just a big scam for 7 days more than 200$
You can really feel the work outs even though they are so quick. Only been on the program for about a week, but so far enjoying it.
I am only on day 3, however, I am impressed by the 12-13 minute workout. Quick, keeps your brain engaged, full body changing standing to floor (must admit to pressing pause the odd time to get into position), have been physically active for 40+years, so yes was not expecting to be challenged...wrong! Thank You.
It's good so far. I was looking for something to get me movement as I WFH. Exercises are simple but challenging. I also like the calendar agenda that set for me

I'm 82 and for various reasons, pretty sedentary. I knew I was losing flexibility, so I'm trying this. At first, it almost seemed too simple and I had mixed reactions. But, I started. Surprise! It certainly wasn't hard, but I definitely felt the difference of controlled movement. I believe if that was my experience on the very first day was finding out there was certainly a lack of control of my muscles more than what I thought -- even with the simple movements. There's going to be a disciplined control that is going to be learned and that's what I want. Not painful, but a reminder I'm not moving nearly enough. Looking forward to something new and very needed.
