I have recently started with the BetterMe App and have found the somatic exercises to be exactly what I was looking for! I loved how the app asks you to rate the experience and will modify it according to your feedback. I am already being more accountable with all aspects of my health...especially hydration!
Good info and good workouts, I usually just add 5 mins of warm up jogging and 5 mins of cool off walking
The BetterMe user-face in the app is very easy to navigate. The workout plans so far have been easy to understand and follow. I think something that would be better would be a list of the workouts outside of the calisthenic plan so that we are more familiar with the workouts before it starts. During the workout I think the description of the workout should be during the queue instead of during the time of the individual workout. I found that trying to follow the directions of the workout while the timer is going down loses time to actually do the workout. Also I have found some of the workout videos has the model already in a certain position without explanation. I'm three days in and found it easy to follow though, although somebody who isn't familiar with certain workouts or stretches might be lost.
I'll give a more detailed review further into the calisthenic plan.
I needed an easy to use, yet challenging, program. This app delivers on both. Highly recommend!

This was my first and it WILL NOT be my last. Best 13.6 minutes I have spent lately and I worked up a sweat too! I didn't expect that! I look forward to the next workout.
Satisfying thus far. I am.dedicatwd to it, maybe it can be a little more challenging for me because i have been physically fit for the past 20yrs. After 2 surgeries I had to relax n healed properly before getting the ok to resume to exercises. I use to do spin aerobics, light weights etc. So now just looking forward to regain my fitness level n healthy lifestyle.
I enjoyed the moderate pace. One complaint - I'm working through an injured knee, and the standing position to the floor position every other routine was difficult for me to get up and down off the floor. I would have preferred for all the standing be done together, and all the floor positions done together. But I'm pushing through my discomfort so I'll keep going in hopes to get stronger.
I love this app! The meal plans are delicious (when I remember to stick to them) and they offer so many different options. Track everything with this app and if you need assistance with anything, the customer service is astounding. Thank you BetterMe for all that you put into the app.
Streaming is not perfect and since I did not know all exercises by name I was at a loss. Other than that you exceeded my expectations.

I like how short and sweet the exercise is. There could be more time in between exercises to get into position though.
