It's almost easy at first, but I can feel that it's going to help if I commit to almost everyday! I started logging calories as well, I hadn't planned to do that but why not.
I'm a mother of 5, so finding time to go to the gym or scrolling online to find specific work outs, just isn't reasonable for me.
This app has everything I need to stay on track an motivated, with simple exercise you can do at home around a busy schedule, so very happy I made the choice to give it a try, here's to a new and improved me!
I started a couple days ago and everyday I have been getting reminders to log in something or start my daily workout regularly, helping keep me engaged. The app has a massive range of exercises that I had never heard of before but were extremely effective to the point I can still feel it a day later. The app keeps track of everything necessary and is easy to note down, also sending reminders so I remember to log in my meals, water intake and exercise outside of the workouts. Overall I am happy with my plan and look forward to my daily workout.
Seen the adds on my time line, didn't really give it much credit, but after taking a chance, finding it good and a great way to get flexible and fit again without going to the gym
One day four, already feel 100% better in myself and more confident to achieve my goals. The app is fun and easy to use, my morning reminder to workout sets me up for the day and allows my to fit it in around my busy life with three small kids! The little check in reminders to log water, food etc have helped me stop snacking int he evening and keep my mind focused.
Super excited to compete the month I've set myself.

The BetterMe Chair Yoga program is perfect for my age, fitness level, and goals. I have just begun the program, but am very satisfied with the design of challenging me, but not overdoing it so that I want to give up.
