I am now MATURE, carry a few too many pounds, have lessened endurance and am generally not in good shape. Odd, because I have worked out all of my life. I am still pretty flexible and that's definitely an assist with this program. The workouts are accessible, challenging and immediately rewarding. I ordered their walking program but their app would not download so I ask for my money back. They said I could use it online and they would give me 3 months free. What a joke, I can only use there walking app with wifi and since I can only use the app with wifi they will give it to me for free? Huh? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A QUALITY PRODUCT! I still want my money back.
Only on day 4 but really enjoying it and look forward to my workout every day.
I love the videos. And there are a multitude of options for menu plans, specific physical training, and challenges. Also, there is a daily brain drain... a place where I can learn to appreciate my body and myself more thoroughly! I'm loving it!
I already see an improvement in how my joints feel. I've had trouble getting up and down stairs but today I got downstairs without pain. I think it's weird the app needs another app to collect data and the website is behind data that has already been updated on the app. I'll get an email asking to update data like lunch and I've already done that. Those are my only complaints
The first 2 segments were boring then I picked up to more that seemed to get the muscles going.
Only done this for a few days, but I look forward to the activity. I haavaen't exercised for about 3 months and I definitely feel the need.

Looking at the excersises I never thought I would feel the way I did when I was doing them, the somatic workouts especially let go of so much tension and stiffness, I still have a long way to go!
