At first I thought this looked simple. Being an athlete my whole life. I was wrong. This exercise program is perfect for me at 56yrs
I've been using the Better Me app for a few days and it seems pretty easy to use and has all the tools you need for success.
I must say just in 4 days and my muscles are feeling it, especially my core! The exercises seem so "innocent" yet "pack a punch!" I'm really enjoying it so far and even added the ab ignite to today's session as well.
I paid for the app and it would never download on my phone. When I tried to contact them to let them know, they said I had the app and already was using it.
They would not help me and would not credit me. I feel this "company" is a scam!

Before I started betterme, I had tried other workout programs and they just didn't work out for myself. They were individualized for me. When I started betterme, I told myself that it's time for me to be happy again and it's time for me to feel happy with myself mentally and myself physically. Since I've started this program every time I finish a workout, I feel like I have accomplished something in my day and it's making me feel more confident in myself and I can feel the energy coming back to me. After having three kids, I work full time and I go to school full time. It's hard for me to find the time to go to the gym and so I found this and it gives me exactly what I need throughout the day to fulfill my needs in my physical activities since I work an office job. Thank you so much! Better me for making me a better me.

Je me rend compte que je suis plus en forme que je croyais. J'ai mal choisi mon programme d'entrainement. Je ne connaissais pas le mot calesthenic. Donc je croyais commencer quelque chose de complètement différent, alors que je fais ce genre d'entrainement depuis longtemps. En tout cas les exercices pour débutants... Un programme plus avancé serait préférable pour moi. Le ''beguinner'' est trop facile.
Aussi mon profil me désigne comme faisant de l'embonpoint mais ce n'est pas le cas. Mon ratio grandeur/poids est élevé à cause de ma masse musculaire. Alors les objectifs du programme ne sont peut-être pas adapté?
So far it's been great. App is well laid out and super easy to follow. Plan is tailored to me, but it's inspired my teenage son to follow along with me!

I love the exercises and how they are tailored to your age. I also love that you can add more workouts after your initial workout for the day.
I never tracked my calories so I am taking advantage of that too!
The difficulty level was spot on for my first session, and just enough to get me back into the swing of things.
I love how it has the Option to add a more intense workout if I'm feeling it and ticking off each activity is a great Incentive everyday!
I have found that I truly enjoy the programs. There are a few exercises I will need to work towards but that is incentive for me. I am 51yrs this year and with age also come through effects of aging so this program is great for seniors. I strongly recommend chair yoga and wall yoga.
Workouts have been fine and getting me moving, stretching, etc. Too soon to tell results as I'm only 4 days in. I haven't invested in the meal plan. This is a low impact workout which works best for me as I'm just trying to get back into moving and strengthening after a work injury I'm still recovery from 16 mos out.
I'm only a few days in but, so far I am liking the exercises. Si.lle to do at home and only takes 15 min.
I have just completed day 2 of my plan & already feeling the benefits in my overall well-being. The exercises can be testing when you are over weight like myself, but I can already visualize the end result feeling lighter, slimmer & much fitter.
Easy to stick to chunks of info & exercise. Don't need lots of equipment either!
