Très bon rythme

Tolle Übungen

Die Übungen im Stehen sind super, ausser gehen. Da würde ich lieber eine straffen Übung machen.
Um sitzen mag ich nicht so, aber das gehört ja dazu. Aber im großen und ganzen finde ich die app super.

La duré de l'enrênement est courte 10 min, du coup je la multiplie par 3 pour faire les 30 minutes.
Je ne fais pas les exercices toujours à la même heure. Je souhaite continuer et voir si il y a une amélioration sur la souplesse et le poids.

I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!

There is no doubt that I am a beginner when it comes to physical movement. This program has been the perfect introduction back to flexibility and gentle movement. Workouts are quick and can be done whenever I have a free moment and I love the little celebration pop up at the end. So far I am feeling FANTASTIC! Highly recommend and look forward to challenging myself further as I get stronger :)

매일 함께하는 좋은 친구

허리 디스크가 파열된 환자로 격한 운동을 할 수 없고
성격이 게을러 매일 운동을 챙겨서 하지 못합니다.
하지만 BetterMe 는 제가 소화할 수 있는 수준의 운동을 딱 소화할 수 있을만큼만 (15분 내외) 가이드 해줘서 다른건 몰라도 적어도 이정도는 내가 할 수 있다는 동기를 가질 수 있게 해줍니다.
그래서 덕분에 지난 2주 가까운 시간동안 매일 꾸준히 운동할 수 있어서 무척 고맙게 생각합니다.

조금 더 바라는 점이 있다면
- 저같이 허리가 약한 사람들에게 좋지 않은 동작과 그걸 대체할 다른 동작들을 가이드 해주는 옵션이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 다행히 지금까지는 허리에 부담을 주는 자세가 없었지만 앞으로 진도가 나가면 그런 자세들이 있을것 같아 걱정입니다.
- 자세별로 상세한 설명을 다시 들을 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 프로그램을 따라하다보면 자세에 대한 설명을 놓쳐서 이게 맞는지 의구심을 가진 채로 흘러갈 때가 있습니다. 그럴때 그 자세를 따로 표시해 놨다가 프로그램 끝나고 다시 찾아보고 자세 설명을 들을 수 있으면 좋겠네요.
- 난이도 상, 중, 하 선택 시 그게 어느정도 차이가 있는건지 상세한 설명이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 지금은 난이도 하. 로 하고 있고, 곧 중. 으로 올려보고 싶은데 어떤게 얼만큼 바뀔지 모르니 올려도 될지 고민이 되네요.
- 물 트래커에 120ml 옵션이 없어서 불편합니다. 기왕이면 아예 숫자를 직접 입력할 수 있게 해주면 좋겠네요.

As far so good

I do cardio every day and hit the gym a couple times a week but I thought this app and this program could help me strengthen my muscles and tighten my body. I do like it so far about 15 minutes a day the one thing I would like improvement on is if you miss a day, you can't double up the next day that I know of and I would like that option to do a couple in one day if I can't get to one on a particularly busy day. I signed up for three months so should notice a difference by then.

I'm 70 years young and decided I wasn't gonna wait any longer to try and get myself in better shape. Just doing this morning routine for 15 minutes I THINK gives me a little more energy to get me through the day! 15 minutes is just about right for me right now. As I progress I may start doing the exercises twice a day!
