I bought a Miele vacuum in August and was very happy with your customer service.
It was the fastest time I have ever had in filling out details for order/shipping. Straight forward, easy to use. Didn't have to do it multiple times and end up pulling my hair out in frustration! Only took me about 2 minutes to complete order. Other sites, sometimes it takes 15 minutes to complete order.
The vacuum arrived the next day after ordering. I am very happy with the purchase experience. In addition, the vacuum works great especially for vacuuming pet hair on deep pile rugs, as advertised.
It was great to have the different model comparisons.
So far I am very happy with the product. It's a little heavy, but, also feels very sturdy.
After extensive research, we decided to buy a Miele based on overall customer satisfaction. We originally had ordered the Miele Capri model. The next day we received a call from Tom(customer service) saying that there was a warehouse delay and that the Capri model wouldn't be available to meet our shipment date. He then said that he would fulfill the order by upgrading our vacuum to the Onyx model at no additional charge. Also, he even added an extra box of vacuum bags. We received our order in perfect condition. I tested the Onyx by vacuuming the entire house. The vacuum is very light and the wand extension is a nice feature since I'm 6'2. The flexibility of the floor attachment allowed me to get in between small areas, as well as vacuuming our baseboards. The turbo brush for our carpet had plenty of suction. Also, the Onyx had the extended 33 foot power cord. We were really impressed with Tom from customer service and definitely would recommend Miele and Best Vacuum Inc.
