Biggest mistake I made is I placed order from them before reading some reviews. I placed order for Canon EOS Rebel T3i Digital Camera W/EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens and found that price is ~50$ less than what amazon offered. I got one email confirming the order, then nothing. I called them and they said your order is shipping tomorrow. I was waiting for their shipping notice, but nothing called again after 5 days now the gentleman said that "Your camera is not available now and it may come in two weeks". C'Mon placed order and waited for a week... damn another two weeks? Still any guarantee that the item will be shipped? If you don't have an item in stock and why you put this on sale in your site? I'm bit worried if they are trying to just get the credit card info, rather than selling anything at all?

DANGEROUS... Never place an order from them...

Letting these people have your credit card info could be as big a mistake as you'll ever make. Unscrupulous doesn't begin to cover it. In addition to my camera, a Nikon D7000, I ordered buy-one-get-one-free items. They weren't in the shipment. Then I discovered that they'd double charged me for the order. Major money. A bad review placed elsewhere prompted a call from them promising to ship the missing items and assuring me that their bookkeeping department would correct the erroneous charge immediately -- and would I please withdraw my review. They did NOT correct the erroneous charge and the promised items haven't been received many days later. This is far and away the most unscrupulous merchant I've ever encountered. My next moves will involve our attorney general's consumer fraud division and the Better Business Bureau and my own lawyer, too.

These guys are RUDE! Placed order, no confirmation for two days, then email says order has been charged and will ship in 48hrs. 48hrs NO EMAIL, NO TRACKING... says will get here in 7-10 days. They will try to UP SELL YOU. Said extra battery I bought wasn't good enough I needed more expensive one... Have no idea how these guys stay in business.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! My order is in dispute, so I'll have to update this review later. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND THE ADDED STRESS IN YOUR LIFE! My credit card was used to make a $2000. 00 purchase after ordering from them TOO! I cannot believe there are no laws against companies like this!

BPP sells gray market cameras which usually come with none of the items (manuals, chargers, etc.) that come with the retail versions and occasionally come with no US warranty. Your credit card number will inevitably be used without your authorization at another merchant as well. Stay away!

I ordered a camera on Cyber Monday on 11/26 and the website said cameras will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.

The website lied.

Best Price Photo did not take the camera to UPS for shipping until 12/28, which was 5 weeks after my order. I didn't receive the camera until Monday 12/31,35 days after I placed my order. In the meantime, they sent me emails on 12/14 and 12/21, both telling me the camera had been sent out, which were also lies since they didn't send out the camera until 12/28.

When I sent them an email to ask why it was taking so long to get the camera, they never replied. I have missed out on so many snorkeling and scuba diving photo ops because of Best Price Photo's delays.

I didn't know if the online website was a scam, so I was getting ready to notify my bank of a fraudulent charge.

BEWARE: BPP BRIBES people to give them 5 star reviews, so I wouldn't put much stock in the 5 star reviews. After I posted my initial review, they called my family and tried to high-pressure them to get me to change my 1 star rating to 5 stars in exchange for a memory card. I didn't change my ratings or review because 1) BPP doesn't deserve 5 stars in the way they caused a 5 week delay in my order, 2) BPP doesn't deserve 5 stars in the way they responded to my review by lying, and 3) new unsuspecting customers should know exactly what kind of unprofessional company BPP is, instead of being duped into doing business with such a sleazy company.

Save yourself the trouble. DON'T order from Best Price Photo. They are an unreliable, disreputable, sleazy company.

TERRIBLE customer service. Took 6 days to ship an express order when I was told it would be 4, even thought website says 24-48 hours. RUDE employees. Charged me for overnight shipping when I asked for 2 day. Doesn't follow through with special offers. Actual charges are different that whats on the website. They try to upsell you by telling you the battery only lasts 30 minutes. NOT TRUE. THEY OFFER YOU FREE GIFTS TO LEAVE THEM 5 STAR FEEDBACK.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a Canon camera and they were supposed to send an extra battery and a memory card. They never sent it! I called several times and I was put on hold more then 30 minutes every time. When I was finally connected, they put you on hold again without saying anything. I got so furious because those extra stuff never came in for more then a month. I told them that I am going to write a bad review, they said that "just go write the review and we are not going to send anything" and hung up. This is such a BADBADBAD company! The camera they sent was old stock. I checked the serial number and it was one of the earliest model produced five years ago. Who knows what happened to the camera between then and now. DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THEM!

The prices are fantastic

The prices are fantastic. The service provided however, SUCKS. I ordered a Canon D7 plus lens and flash and other accessories. Morris was the person who I had dealt with. He was very helpful and made a few suggestions. He talked me into a Sigma lens, which is an excellent lens but he charged me $250.00 more than what they show on their website. My order arrived in a timely fashion, however half of the order was missing. They was very apologetic and threw in a few extra's to make up for it. I was promised I would receive everything by Dec. 12th. They even called to tell me pkg would arrive on the 12th. DID NOT receive pkg. Then they GUARANTEED I would receive it on DEC. 22nd. NO PKG NO CALL now it is Dec. 24th NO PKG!

Ordered a Nikon 3100 for a Christmas Gift. Camera does not work. Called Customer service only to be cut off and transferred in mid-sentence. Please Beware of this company. I am out of $499 for a defective item. I left a voice mail and emailed. No response from company. They are a total scam!

Worst online shopping experience ever. They sent a grey market camera with no warranty information and opened bags. And of course no bonus items they promised on the website. Now they want to charge 15% restocking fee for returning. DEFINITELY stay away from this website. Everything said on the website is a scam!

"WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SELLER! After nearly 3 months after I had not received my 1 x 5 Year Pro Digital Camera Warranty Up To $500 (Includes Water Damage & Dropping) paperwork.
I emailed them only to be told: Dear customer,
Bestpricephoto.com apologizes for the delay in receipt of your 5 year warranty (Accidental). Please expect a tracking confirmation within 24-48 hours towards warranty card release. We appreciate your business & patience in regards to this matter.

I would give them 0 if I could. I ordered the Canon 7D for a very attractive price (sometimes it is too good to be true). I got an email saying that it was back ordered and they will have it in a month. I needed the camera for a specific reason and that was not what I expected. After a month - I did not get my camera or any email/phone call telling me why the camera was not sent. The person on the phone was rude and said that it is still back ordered. I cancelled my purchase. Stay away.

I bought a canon 60d from this store. They sent my a fake battery for my camera
I called the customer service 16Aug and they told me "it was a mistake of the warehouse, I'll send you the original battery on 17Aug" I'm waiting for two weeks and still don't receive the battery. Liar!
I couldn't use my camera on my trip.
Never buy anything in this store

I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T3i Digital Camera W/EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens. This was ordered by phone and I talked to a sales rep -- Carlos Avalon. He answered all my concerns. The phone call was made on August 7,2012, Fedex'ed on August 9,2012 and received on August 13,2012. Since a signature was needed I picked it up at a Kinko/fedex drop off on August 14,2012 to give to my daughter whose birthday was August 14,2012. The only concern was that I received no email showing shipment and tried calling on August 13,2012 and listened to music and after several minutes hung up -- I am not very patient however not surprising with most companies. Bottom line -- price was very good and delivery time was great.

Placed my order on BestPrice Photoa and received an email to call to confirm the order. I like this security measure to ensure that no one was fradulently using my credit card. I chose basic ground freight and received my order in about 5 days. Will definately do business with them again.
