I was skeptical at first to order the banner because if it doesn't turn out right then it's wasted money. I sent in the logos for the design I wanted. Initially the proof they sent wasn't what I wanted. The user experience from the site was a bit confusing. So, I called customer service and had them add the comments for my requested changes and they updated the notes for their designers. The call experience was very helpful and they resent a new proof quickly. Once I approved the proof, it shipped fast. It's perfect! They nailed the design. The print is clear. 12/10 recommend. I'd use them again for my next banner need. I only ordered the banner and had my own stand and it fit perfectly. Great job all around. Very very satisfied with this experience.
I do not have the time or patience to write fully about my experience, but having place two separate orders and both orders fraught with miscommunication and problems has been a most frustrating experience. Even as of this moment I am dealing with yet another problem from my original order. Your lack of timely communication is simply unacceptable.

Shipping on my last order has been miserable. I paid extra for the expedited shipping, got only half of my order. When I called to find out about the second half of my order, was told to wait a day or two longer. Still no order. Called back again and was told that it had been delivered already. Come to find out that it wasn't my order and the delivery was on the opposite side of the country. Was told they would send out another order I was informed them that it would be missing the target date (4th of July) and was that was the reasoning for the expedited delivery. Now it has again failed to be delivered on date that they stated that it would be. Called again and told to call back the nest day to see about the delivery. So now we start the whole "where's my order again tomorrow".

I ordered blank vinyls because when I put the artwork in to attempt to make it how I wanted it, it would not let me edit the artwork. The artwork was a JPEG file and it looks like trash so I just ordered them blank to do them myself.
Then received an email saying that my items were blank and if I would like artwork, I need to respond, but there was no way for me to respond. If I wanted something on it then I would've ordered it so but I ordered them blank so just send the items blank.
I ordered them almost a month ago, and still have not received them because I just wanted a blank freaking banners.

The quality of the images on customized banners were difficult to judge so I opted out of selecting that option. I also could not edit my image and when it was displayed on the preview it was so small but you provided nothing for me to edit my custom banner.
Zero stars. We never received our order. It was delivered to South Carolina and we live in Mississippi. They won't give me my money back OR remake the order bc they said it shows delivered BUT its the wrong address on the delivery confirmation.

When I recieved a proof that was strangly smooshed, there was no way to fix the size error. I asked to cancel moly order and never heard back! WHAT A SCAM!

We used to have to duct-tape our heavy banner on the table and then try to adjust a tablecloth around it to make our display look nice. This is so much easier!

I wished that I could see an approximation of what the tablecloth looked like with my logo on it. I am hoping that the logo will be fairly large.
It was very helpful, though it would help if they listed a good file sixe to avoid the low reolution issues when making magnetic photos blown up and/or cardboard cutouts

I sent the wrong file for my standup banner. When I called customer service, they had me send the correct file and they replaced the first file. Very helpful.

Took a minute to figure out the site, then it went well.
I paid for overnight shipping and the time it took for each revision was a day, and I responded immediately. When I finally received the banner, it was missing grommet on top (has a mark where it should be, and some of the revisions were not done; there are additional commas, and missing a period. I have been a long-standing customer and understand that it takes a few times to get it right and have patience, however, when I saw it was "best of signs" I was glad it was a different, company, but it turned out to be "banner buzz." Who I have had a challenging time over the years with products being done correctly.
