I placed the order on June 17 and pay for a priority shipping for it to be here today which it is not looked on FedEx website. Says it won't be here until tomorrow, but it's located in Dubai and I'm in Illinois my second order that I had to place because They uploaded the wrong picture on the backdrop and refuse to fix it so I had to purchase another one and I have to pay $68 extra for it to be here tomorrow on June 26 and FedExtold me that it won't be here until June 30 and that the company is misleading their customer because their priority shipping is 3 to 5 days which is regular shipping and not priority so they are getting over on us and they refuse to refund their customers or even make it right they are not located in the United States. They are in India which if I knew this, I would've took my business elsewhere.
I needed to return a frame hardware that was not what I wanted and twice ai spoke to a representative and they told me someone would contact me to initiate the return process and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.
I'm very disappointed of your service and I will never recommend anyone to buy from you!

I have ordered a table top runner from these people before and been very pleased with the result. The previous runner was a very simple design where I chose a background color and inserted a logo, so it was easy to get the design right. This time, I am trying to combine a picture and a few words. This one has become far too difficult. I don't know if they are trying to use Automated Stupidity or people who don't understand English, but I am having a difficult time communicating with their design people. You really need a final design to use these people.

Products are good quality, but are rarely on time. Customer service is incredibly difficult to work with to resolve any issue. You have to ask to escalate to a superior multiple times to have any hope of getting more help than what you can find on the website yourself.
