Was very excited to receive the letters for my sign from "Best Of Signs". There were 17 characters total in my order. I was missing a capital 'E' from the order. I thought no problem I will just contact their customer service to resolve. Upon calling them I was asked for my order number. Again no issue, it is in me email confirmation. Told the agent what letter. In what word I was missing. The only thing the agent could do for me was to tell me I had to fill out a complaint form located somewhere on their website. Filled that out and asked when I could receive my missing letter. I was told that someone else would call with more information. About 15 minutes later another agent called and indeed they had my complaint. In regards to when he thought I could receive my missing letter he had no idea. The company would have to contact their vendors, find a letter and have it sent out. Delivery would probably be 7 - 10 days once te vendor sent it out. I asked if since this was their fault wouldn't they be expediting the letter. I was told that was the expedited process. I was supposed to get an update once shipped. I have never received a follow up call. Last time I will deal with them again

The spike base was advertised on their website with a dimension of. 6 inches, which was exactly the size I had been looking for. When I received the spike base, it actually measured at. 65 inches. I know this does not seem like much of a difference, but with a flag mast opening measuring. 6 inches,. 65 is. 05 inches too large, and therefore does not fit. When I reached out to the company to request a refund, I was initially told they didn't offer refunds. After much back and forth, and sending them a picture showing the actual measurement as verified with precision calipers, they then agreed it was different than what they advertise, but tha it was "within acceptable tolerances". After more back and forth, they finally agreed to offer me a partial refund (out of the $25 I paid total with taxes and shipping, they were only willing to refund the price of the stake itself, but no shipping, and I would have to pay to ship the stake back to them - so I would have had to pay roughly $20 to send the stake back to them only to recieve a $7.99 refund. That does not even make sense!). Their final offer to make things "right" was to give me a $7.99 store credit and I could keep the stake. I certainly have no plans to buy from them again knowing that I cannot trust what is advertised on their website and that they do not offer refunds, even when it is their error. Buyer beware!

The product was great! I ordered 2 - 3 day shipping. My order showed up 7 days later. I missed the date of the event. So the flags were date with this years event and location. Thus the flags are useless. Im current trying to use Best of signs again for the next 2 events this summer and so banners. I was offered 1/2 price on next order. That not going to work.

I ordered my banner and was given a date of when it would arrive. That date came and went, so I called the company and they were not even concern or even cared how important this banner was for our grand opening. They said that there was a special task handling the matter and that I would receive a call from this team the next day. Well the next day I did not receive a call. I spent all morning trying to speak to a manager and they told me that I would receive another call. Well the next day was when I needed the banner so I wasn't going to have it... so I called to get a refund. That was a week ago and I haven't heard from anyone about the refund. So I will have to get on the phone once again to see about a refund.
