It's hard these days to rant and rave about HOW GREAT a company is. Seems like the word Customer Service has been long gone for several years now. But Best of Signs is totally TOP NOTCH. They are very particular, talented and SUPER FAST. Been using them for about five years. I will use no other company for all my marketing signage.

The team helped me re-designing the decal because the one I sent had very poor quality, I didn't know how to fix it and they did it for me (without me even asking) so my perforated decal looked amazing!

Their graphics team showed a high degree of professionalism when they communicated a concern regarding a mismatched color issue with my artwork. I kept on making follow ups a lot of times andthe agent I 1st spoke with gave me a wrong information and then to the design team, they did not put the link where I can upload a higher resolution so I have to call back many times.

I've never had a worse experience with a company in my life. I worked as a customer experience specialist for 3 years and I know how this works. The staff is lazy, not helpful, and worst of all, they are completely unintelligent. I would call with a problem, they would say okay someone will call you back within 2 hours, 8 hours later I never got a call back so I would call again and they said okay someone will call you back within two hours. This happened SIX TIMES! Truly, it was insane. I have an event starting in 3 days and I haven't been able to do anything for it because I've spent so much time on the phone with these incapable people! As I am writing this, I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to get in touch with someone can help me. Currently waiting to speak with the fourth person because the first three didn't understand my question. NEVER EVER, EVER WORK WITH BEST OF SIGNS!

I do like how my custom made flags come out. I sometimes experience confusion in communicating with this company. They do try to resolve any issues.
They produced high-quality magnets and sticker for me while providing great customer service, great communication, and faster than expected shipping.

I have tried calling, using the Chat service, emailing etc. And yet all I get are these type emails. No one actually dealing with my concerns or the issues

I would say my best advice would be to buy only pre-made designs. The custom ones just don't seem to be very good quality

I ordered my product with express delivery. Did not receive tracking information in my email. When I checked with my client they said they did not receive it. I logged into my account and it said my product was delivered to Georgia. It was supposed to be delivered to Michigan.
