Took 5 phones calls. Everyone lied several times. 1st person told me everything was delivered. We got disconnected and she never called back. 2nd person said they were all in the state they were going to be delivered in and that was a lie as one was two states away and mention. 3rd person said a refund person would call me, never did, 4th person said a refund person would call me, never did. 5th person I made them stay on the call until I talked to a manager. I had to fight to stay on the phone and not give up. It takes a strong willed person to get a refund if something goes wrong. Good luck.

I've been doing business with this company for 8 years, but over the past year their service has become absolutely terrible. They emailed me saying they received my updated artwork, only to send another email an hour later claiming they hadn't. Then the design team called to say it was the same proof as beforeβeven though the first file was 34MB and the second was 95MB with higher resolution. I wasted over 5 hours going back and forth with their team, only to end up cancelling my order out of sheer frustration. This company has gone downhill, and I will NEVER do business with them again.

I needed a few last minute banners. I sent the designs, had proofs and change recommendations with in an hour, fully approved proofs with in 2 hrs, on a Thursday night. Product in hand by Monday morning! And the quality of the banners surpassed all expectations!

The process was difficult, but the results were outstanding. Some of the information I needed to get the results I wanted were either missing or unclear. It took a while and there were several false starts and communication issues, but I finally got EXACTLY what I wanted. It was a prototype, and now I'll be ordering multiples. The quality of the canvas banners is excellent. It was definitely worth the effort.

So far it's been a nightmare working with your company. The first banner I ordered (Apr 4) had stitching right though the face on the artwork; this was never mentioned when I received the proof. I let it slide, but then the second banner I ordered was done wrong as well. I opened a ticket, and wanted to upload updated artwork, but your "Resolution Specialist" said "We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to send you a link to upload a high-resolution/large file," even though you've done it in the past. He suggested instead of resolving the ticket I just accept a refund and place a new order. So I did -- only to discover that the same item will cost me $4.50 more now. I just hope I can finally get a banner I can use and order more of. At this point, I am thinking it's unlikely, but I'm giving your company one last chance.
The rectangle flag ordered was great. The design and ordering process was delightfully easy. Unfortunately the product didn't arrive by the guaranteed delivery date and so wasn't able to be used. Priority overnight shipping was paid and a note made to the order stating should the product not be deliverable on the date guaranteed, the order should NOT be completed. Bottom line is I'd definitely order from them again, but will make sure to order with plenty of time before I need the product.

Best of signs sent me the wrong size stands. I emailed and sent photos. No response.
I only wish that i could find out how to save my designs on your website, so i do not have to constantly upload my design, that never changes, each time i order...

Arrived pixelated and grainy. No alerts were given when photo was submitted that suggested a different file needed to be used. Arrived quickly and material was fine, but only used once because I didn't have time to reorder from somewhere else. Now it's in the trash.

I paid extra for fast shipping with the site saying I would get my banners two days before my event. It shipped the day before my event, meaning it would arrive AFTER it. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was only an 11% chance of it arriving when they said it would, and that I should have realized it. They also told me they would refund my money since they didn't meet the obligation, then they told me no.
