Review by Anonymous UserI order my pop up tent from Best of signs for event I had over the weekend. I paid $200 extra for rush delivery and the tent never showed up for my event. It really messed up my plans. The tent is still here 4 days after it was due to arrive. I wont be working with this company again. There customer service is not helpful either.

A few things needed to be worked out. I called and asked for a callback, but didn't get one. Had to call the next day. Got help quickly. I was surprised by the call center and was hesitant about the service because I could tell he was looking for the answers to my questions from a paper. He was helpful and seemed to answer my questions. So we'll see how the cling comes out.
Product Review - Cling came earlier than stated so that was good. Print came out nice, we were 98% satisfied as a whole. The cut wasn't exact, a hair too small but still worked for what we needed it for.
Thank you for the quick shipping! I couldn't find anywhere else to order from with a 24-hour turnaround time. Had a little mix-up with the delivery but that was the error of Fed Ex. Thank you again for the help!

This company has screwed me around with my flag order since June! I sent them a hot pink color with black print a color shown on their site! They never told me they color wasn't available! They sent me a megenta pink with a dark lining therefore the letters don't stand out! I had trouble in the beginning with the print style they finally got that right! You can talk with anyone direct about the problem they give you to someone who says they'll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours! I was never sent art work for color before they printed it. Just got an email saying it was on they way snd it came in the dark color and I cant use it! They sent me a color chart telling me to choose another color and they would use the same color of lining and reprint! I did but ask fir a white print but now they say I have to pay an additional 50% to have it that way snd they will still use a dark lining! It is their negligence in their service and they want me to pay additional! Then they refuse to give my money back giving me a store credit for 70. Something when I paid over 100.00 something! Why would I pay them 50% more to reprint it a lighter color with white print to screw up again and print it wrong again! Think they've got enough of my money and enough of my phone calls and emails! I just need a full refund so I can order elsewhere! This is the color I ordered, this is what they sent me!

Also, we offered a reship of the flag to be printed with PMS color code shared for your satisfaction. However, changing the text color from black to white couldn't be possible as we don't make any changes in the replacement product.
