Always awesome product. The table Logo table cloth was already awesome. I asked to have the part after the logo to be black so they don't get stains. I didn; t know how to do it on the site so I called. I oked the order as it was with all white, but when recieved, customer service had followed through and completed my order per my request with the remaining part in black, I am super satified. I highly recommend Best of Signs for all you advertising needs. They do an awesome job every time.
I liked that they gave tips on your design if you upload your own, though I wish they were easily available to be seen before I uploaded the image. I had to change things based on the tips after I received them.
The proof experience was simple and perfect. They understood my notes and sent the proof as eished.
The delivery is where it got a little tricky. Somehow, the package got squished a bit during delivery, which made my banner wrinkly on arrival. Additionally, they did not ship to my address and rather a fedex pickup location. I assume this is to save shipping expenses, but if that was the case, I wish they would have let us known as well as let us choose a delivery location. The fedex pick up location it was left at was not the most convenient for me.
The final product: Aside from the wrinkles, it came out great and better than I expected. Colors were accurate, resolution was great. Material is thick. They did not compromise at all despite the low price.
The image quality portion is confusing. I couldn't see it before purchasing b/c it was PDF. The final product quality of the image wasn't as good as I'd hoped.

I have already made one banner with this company and they by far outdid their customer service. My design was not a high quality and I thought they would reject it and I would be trying to figure out how to remake it with a higher quality, but to my surprise their design team did all of the work for me at no additional charge! It was perfectly made and our football team is very pleased with our breakthrough banner.

Easy to order, got a great deal and was able to use the table runners within a week or so of getting them. Always before our table had looked "cheap" and thrown together, now the table runner really provides an anchor for the whole table that "tied" everything nicely together.

Loved that Larger files upload with ease and the quality and price were great. Only problem is you can not get quickly without paying a premium. Other venders free or basic shipping only took a 3-4 days from order to my door.
