When I clicked place my order the screen recycled for a half an hour. Then I was able to re-place the order and hope I only ordered once.

I provided custom artwork using photograph as the centerpiece of a 5x3, double-sided flag. The on-line tools allowed me to create exactly the the background I needed to compliment the photo. The end product was faithful to custom work provided and reproduced on high quality material. I received exactly the product I had hoped for.

I paid extra shipping to have the banner delivered the week before the event. 3 weeks later it's still in Memphis TN. The event is tomorrow. I want a refund. CS was no help.

They redid my banner since my resolution was low and sent me a proof to approve before printing it.
This was an absolutely miserable experience. Our package was delivered with 3/4 items.
I spoke with customer service FOUR separate times.
Every time, they were unapologetic, and shockingly rude. I feel like most CS teams, even when outsourced, are polite and helpful, even if they can't do what you want.
It took literally 4 different chains of communication before someone finally believed me that the hardware/ stand was missing from our box.
She never apologized though- which I thought was surprising.
She DID ship new hardware, but wasn't able to expedite it. The hardware arrived after our event was over, so the whole sign was useless.
I then sat online with CS a separate 3 times, trying to request a refund for the missing hardware/ late / useless sign. The agents scooted around/ avoided my question like I have never experienced before. I was truly shocked.

The OTHER sign that did arrive, SNAPPED when we opened up the stand to set it up. (Questionable quality)
I am currently on hold with CS for what feels like the 100th time, requesting a full refund for the order. This man was kind, apologetic and helpful, and even apologized for the rude communication over chat.
I don't have the final solution, but it sounds like he will be willing to give a refund.
This has been so frustrating. I read reviews before purchasing and thought that this was a safe bet-- but boy was I wrong. If you're ordering something simple- the artwork / quality of print was ok! But working with them to solve an error has been truly miserable, and taken up HOURS of my life on hold. Purchase from somewhere else.
