I've tried to call customer service serval times and by the time I was number 3 in que, I got disconnected! Then I tried to contact through email and robot. I asked them to call me, it took over a week for someone to reach out! Then they told me they would be in on 31st, but did not arrive until the 4. As it was, they were late for the event I wanted them originally for. Overall the signs were perfect, just the process was horrible. Not sure I would use you again due to this.

Little hard to mess with the gradients, but the overall design experience was simple and quick. The final product was perfect, but arrived a couple days later than promised, which was unfortunate but also on me for ordering close to an event. If you order from them be sure to have ample time before your event so your product gets to you on time.
There were supposed to be an extra grommet on each side that showed on the proof but we're missing on the banner. They did add extra grommets on the top and bottom but missed the ones on the sides

I ordered a navy flag with the Roanoke Fire Dept. logo uploaded on a transparent background. The art proof you sent showed the logo on a white background, which was a concern. I called twice and was on hold for a very long time only to be disconnected. I tried your chat feature that was never answered all during normal business hours. I approved the work thinking someone would actually read the order and print it on a navy flag. They did not. The flag arrived with the logo printed on both sides of a white flag. My customer was gracious and took delivery anyway.
Have been making flags for our baseball team and it has been so much fun and the team loves them. We definitely will be ordering more through you guys

They advertise from Georgia USA, stuff came from Mumbai India. Paid extra for faster shipping, vinyl sticker arrived with burn mark. Banners were held up in recreation for over a week, and they didn't recreate anything, then they did not arrive when promised. Was promised new sticker before my dughter's birthday, never arrived. Banners finally came after the date promised. The "concern" team is not responsive, the chat refers you to email, the phone also refers you to email and then no one answers email. Save yourself the money and frustration and do not trust your party banner needs to this place. Working with credit card to get my refund.
