Make sure you have enough time to get the artwork and graphics approved as it will delay the shipment process and even if they say it will go through, there may be a chance the shipping service conveniently doesn't come the day of pick up to scan and grab the box even though you paid priority overnight.

Had several delays, wouldn't accept/convert PSD file, after an extra 2 weeks of back and forth, gave a date we needed the shipment by and it was missed. We had to overnight ourselves to meet event. Product did turn out pretty good.

I have placed 3 different orders with Best of Signs, the first time the canopy tent came missing parts. The latest order there was an item missing but the customer service department was anything but helpful. They were short and just kept referring to the 3 day policy to report issues. Make sure you open your packages right away and don't expect them to help out even if you are a return customer that has spent thousands of dollars with them.
