I was quite nervous before placing the order. The chat feature helped a lot to figure out what I should do. The runners I ordered arrived and are good! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the hot knife cutting leaves some unattractive black edges. I wish there was a "serged edge" option, as I didn't want an inch hem all the way around either. I am looking to get the edges serged locally.
