I placed an order for custom vinyl signage with high expectations of receiving a product suitable for professional display. Unfortunately, what arrived fell well below acceptable standards. The vinyl material allowed the color of the trailer to bleed through, which I was concerned about and chatted with Customer Service which I was told "would look great" but the color accuracy was inconsistent. The final product did not reflect the quality advertised or what was discussed prior to purchase. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with slow responses and little to no willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of offering a meaningful solution or acknowledging the quality concerns, the replies felt dismissive and shifted responsibility back to me. As a business owner, I value professionalism and accountability — qualities that were notably absent throughout this experience. I had hoped for a collaborative resolution, but after multiple follow-ups with no progress, except to say that it was signed off on. I have to conclude that this company does not stand behind its workmanship, including their employees saying anything for the sale. Summary: The product quality was substandard, and customer service failed to take ownership or provide an appropriate remedy. I would not recommend this vendor for professional signage projects.

Ordered a month before our event, vinyl banners with super saver shipping. Never received a message about approving artwork and the order sat in processing. Approved art work 8 days before needing the banners and paid to upgrade shipping to Priority. Five days later, still in processing and no shipping confirmation. Contacted customer support to be told I would need to pay shipping a third time in order to guarantee delivery through overnight option. When all is said and done, the error was on your end and yet I kept paying additional shipping fees. Not happy with the way this was handled.

My order was lost in transit; actually, it was held up in customs. I didn't realize my product was coming from China. The tracking info was not up to date in the portal, and customer service was little to no help. I eventually tracked my package down through FedEx. Won't be ordering again when I'm short on time. Disappointed.

HORRIBLE! I placed my order on September 23,2025 with a promise delivery date of October 2. Come October 4 I notify them that I have not received anything. To which they respond that I never approved the email they sent me. (No email was sent). So I told them to just print it, and received it October 9. The order comes in with only 1 of the 2 30ft banners I ordered. I contacted them Friday October 10 and was told it would be 24 hours, by email, because they don't do phone. Waited and heard nothing. So I contacted them again on saturday in which they then emailed me on sunday asking for pictures. I sent a pic and video, was told again 24 hours. After not hearing anything I called them monday and was told I would hear something within 3 hours. On Tuesday I called and was told 2 hours, and I said that was unacceptable and spoke to them about the whole issue with not hearing back. They promised I would. I called back after two hours in which they said I would get an email. I said I just needed a refund. I get another email asking me to remove the item from the package. I emailed back that I just needed a refund, and I pointed out the end, and the weight (which obviously couldn't be two banners). And had to order from another company. Customer service is an absolute joke. DO NOT waste your money! They cheap because they scam!.

Bad experience using the design team, unable to follow direction when provided a specific mockup/revisions x2 - all the back and forth resulted in my not having my item for a show - when I ordered several weeks in advance and expressed the urgency in getting the design right and provided detailed revisions. Very disappointed and will not use this company again- too many other competitors that are eager to work with my small business - do not recommended. Take your business somewhere else.

I have used over 10 different online and local sign shops. This is by far the best and fastest option you could ever choose. Got my sign in the 2 days and I had the best booth at the event. The quality was amazing. The price was the cheapest most affordable and the shipping was super fast! 10/10 I definitely recommend!

I ordered 24 of three different banners. I was assured the cartons would be labeled so we could easily identify which banner was in which carton. They were not. I spent lots of time opening and unrolling each banner to identify and label them. The banners were good quality but the packaging department failed.

Misleading advertising. Ordered what I thought was a sandwhich board with frame and received styrofoam sign only. Horrible customer service and complete misrepresentation of product. Plus was not delivered on time for event. Which couldn't be used anyways. Waste of money. RUN!

Customer service was very helpful along with the designers. Disappointed in the printing quality of the 10x8 panel per the proof was excellent and the actual product I received was not as vibrant and the black was not black but more of a faded black

Ordered a big head cutout well in advance of an event and my sign never arrived. Reached out to customer service to inquire about its whereabouts and was told more information was needed. Very disappointing experience to have to be the one to reach out to customer service to figure this out, despite the order status displaying "on track" the whole time.

I paid $40 to receive a $20 item the next day as advertised. I was charged the priority rate and then I approved the artwork for the sign 40 minutes later as soon as I received the proof. I received the sign two days later (one day after I needed it). Their customer service was no help.

We ordered a step and repeat for a conference, and paid for quicker shipping. I went to check on the site and the order was being held waiting for approval, even though no emails we received that we needed to approve anything. Once approved, the delivery date was updated, and would still arrive before our event. Several days later the fedex site said that the step and repeat was shipped and went to Dubai. From there is was delayed and arrived 2 days after our event. So late in fact that the conference ended and we never saw the step and repeat arrive.
