I designed a retractable banner 3x6 for a church and it came out fantastic! Then I ordered two 2x3 vinyl banners with grommets and wow! So impressed with the vibrant colors and high resolution!
Based on the reviews, I ordered a sign. The box and the packaging protecting the sign was in great shape but the sign was a mess. There were scratches, smudges, and a bent corner. They purposefully sent a damaged product instead of reprinting and sending something I could use. A company that has so little pride in their product should NOT be trusted!

Update: had an issue where I ordered a sticker with the wrong format apparently. This company caught the mistake immediately, sent me an email and called me as soon as they found the mistake that I had made and corrected it in ridiculous speed. A company is only as good as they are when they hit a snag (in this case my fault caused the snag) and how they proceed.
This company keeps amazing me more and more every time I use them. I will keep updating this post as I happily continue my business with best of signs.
Quality is great, but I find it weird that you have to confirm an order you already payed for, this can confuse customers and make them feel like they have been scammed, but still good quality flags.

I've been very please so far. I have ordered multiple times. It's imperative that you know exactly what measurements you need and what you're wanting.
They bombed a banner and misplaced the logo and the sign was unusable because of that. I have tried to get them to replace it but instead all I get is a 20% discount on future order. I have ordered many signs up to now. That will change as I will NEVER use them again and warn others of using them!

Great pricing, but online options are not listed or available, or easy to find. Sign came with ink fingerprints which cannot be cleaned off, so the sign is worthless.

Item still hasn't been delivered. No updates unless I call. Was ordered September 18 with rush delivery was supposed to be here the 20th.Still isn't here (October 10)- apparently there was a malfunction with the machine that makes tablecloths... They were "kind" and allowed me my overnight charges back...but I still don't have the item. And no tracking information either. Will NEVER do business with this company again. They cost me a $20,000 a year client, and didn't do a thing to make it right, except give me my overnight shipping up-charge back. Unprofessional all around.

Site is a little difficult to navigate. When you change one thing on an order, everything else reverts back to defaults (size, colors etc). Chat is extremely long winded to find a simple answer to a simple question. Telephone does not ever get answered and/or hangs up.
