I contacted customer support for my order. I had created a design on the website one day and did not see how to put that design on a custom banner a couple of days later. Vanessa helped me through the process. I've used Best Of Signs before, and they do a good job.
We are super happy. We ordered the 8x8 convention display and a 6 and 8 foot table cover (s). My only critique is that I wish the graphics were all the way to the edges of the table cloths but it's not a big deal. Love the final products and we're ready to show off to the world!

Bought signs for my Ford trucks. They knew the bodies were Aluminum, so they sent Magnetic signs. Went to return them, and they made us take 3 videos of the signs not sticking to the trucks and send them in. Now they won't return the money after acknowledging the problem and won't take calls about it. I'm going to the BBB in both states. Do NOT buy anything from these people!

I have used this site several times because they are so cheap. I would not recommend it to anyone. Customer service was next to no help and they seem to keep losing my order approvals meaning that my delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Last year they recreated an order and spelled "varsity" wrong. I can not in good faith tell anyone to use these folks when they continue to mess up and refuse to correct their mistakes.
