Tried to figure out how to get them printed. Or blurry. Every single logo was blurry.

At that time, we did notify you that the artwork was in low resolution, which unfortunately is not recommended for printing, as it may result in blurry images. After receiving your approval, the order was moved into production based on the approved proof.

Best of Signs rendered just what I was hoping for in my design and flags. WE wanted flags to hang at our campsites to welcome visitors and share our family pride. From initial ordering to completion of product, Best of Signs communicated any problems with artwork and helped correct inadequacies. I highly recommend their service and products. I keep trying to give this organization more tries because of their reasonable price but every single time I have issues. I have had them re-create designs due to "low quality" that every other printer has used with no issues and had misspellings. I have had re-designs take so long I had to cancel my order and find a local printer who could do so on my timeline because I didn't hear back by the promised deadline (twice), and I most recently tried to approve my order with the low resolution images I provided and it took my 3 times approving it before they finally accepted it. This again delayed my project by two plus weeks. Not happy and can no longer give them my business despite their competitive price.

The logo/art work I sent was pretty straight forward. However each proof was wrong. First, they altered the logo from a square to no square, changed the color of logo letters so the letters floated against the table cloth color. Next proof, was the same thing but just changed the table cloth color and logo/text color. 3rd proof, they got the logo right, table cover color right, but put a box (that I did not ask for), around the added text below logo. 4th proof, finally got it right. This experience seemed to me to be a communication issue. Perhaps they didn't understand once communicated from customer service to their design team. It was frustrating none the less.

I ordered the second week of March. My package was supposed to arrive on Friday, March 28. It was then updated to April 3, Today is Aprili 4 and still no package. This cost me $1,000 in sponsorship money as these were signs sponsors paid for to be hung at a tournament on March 29. So now my team lost $1,000, the cost of the banners we paid, plus future sponsors.

Having been a repeat customer, I have never had issues before and was always very happy with products received. Something changed in the ordering process on the perforated window clings where you had to choose full ink or no white ink and it was very confusing. My uploaded images were also problematic in stating they were blurry. I tried to resolve the issue through the query form online, only for it to keep coming back. Then I had to call in, THAT was an absolutely horrible experience. Not once, but twice. Stating they would have a manager call me, only to never receive a call.
