I paid for overnight shipping and was promised delivery by today. (May 15)
Yesterday after 13h in communication with the company I as told delivery would be by tomorrow eod.
After contacting them again now, I was told the same thing. After insisting I needed guarantees, I was told product will not be delivered.
This made me have to rush and find a local
Printing company and this made me lose 3x the money I was going to make.

I placed an order for two table cloths on 23rd April. The package was due to arrive 9th May. It didn't arrive. The package got as far as San Francisco but must have got lost or held in port or something. A new order was done on 15th May. I have not received any more details about the reorder, it is not showing on my account when I look it up online, I have not been notified of the shipping number and the reordered package has not arrived yet. I have tried communicating through the online ticket and issue resolution process without any response. I will never order from here again and I would like a full refund asap so I can order these from another supplier.

Each time I've ordered from Best of Signs, I have never gotten a package on time. On my most recent (and last) order, I purchased express shipping to get the items by Tuesday, I received them the following Monday. All they did was give me a refund of the shipping and they didn't seem to care. The agent I spoke to someone would contact me and no one did.
