Deceptive "Estimated Date of Arrival"

I only ordered from BestOfSigns because they said that the priority shipping listed would get me the product by the time I needed it... and it did not. Every time I emailed or called customer service they just gave me the estimated date of arrival and then it wouldn't show up that date. Even the FedEx tracking, bouncing from India to China to Korea to Alaska to Japan to Tennessee then to California, was super crazy. On the website they list themselves as being in Georgia USA so I thought I was buying from an American company. If I knew it was coming from India I would've never purchased this because I was on a tight deadline. After allllllll the stress, they did offer a 50% refund which I accepted. But it was too little, too late. My event had already happened and the table cover didn't make it.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

To all potential buyers;
This company is next to impossible to deal with. I requested a simple change to my proof and after 5 times of explaining to a very limited English speaking staff I finally got the correct art work. I was promised a delivery date at the start of my process and 2 weeks later they were still trying to get art work correct. Since they could not possibly guarantee the original date to receive the product I asked for express shipping which they wanted to charge me $150 + for shipping. Totally unacceptable! I would be very skeptical of using this company. Perhaps they should consider sales representatives that can actually understand plain English instead of staffing Indian personnel that are VERY limited to speaking and understanding plain English. Beware of this company as they will not bend in price for their incompetence. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM THEM!

The letters and quality are great. However, the stencil I paid extra for was inaccurate. It looked like someone just marked random holes for the drilling locations for the letters. I had to spend much time aligning and getting letters straight.

Had planned to order 9 nearly identical banners. Ordered one first to test the quality since I'd never printed with Best of Signs before. It was gorgeous. Ordered the remaining 8 banners using the same quality images that had been used in the first place. Received a warning that the quality of the images supplied on the second go-around was not adequate for printing. Couldn't figure out why. Much back and forth with the company, none of which led to any resolution. Supplied higher res files and crossed my fingers. Images look great except that they printed beyond the borders of the banners such that 3 of the banners have their lettering cut off. Seems that the print warning shouldn't have concerned the resolution of the images supplied but rather of the dimensions of the image relative to the print space on the banner. Frustrating.
