They took my money and shipped to a non existent location. When I tried to remedy the issue they gave me the run around. FedEx said all they had to call to fix it, they refused. BCP told me that if FedEx returned it to them they would refund me. I asked for something to offset the hassle and time incurred through their refusal take a simple phone call and they offered me 10% which is what they offer when you sign up for a BCP account in the first place. They suggested I stalk the non existent location it was being sent to and intercept the package which is sketchy on so many levels. If it gets dropped of randomly somewhere by FedEx I'm out $150. This process took 3 hours in total, I was never given a phone number or access to a supervisor or manager with the authority to actually help me. Overall atrocious, I look forward to the eventual class action lawsuit and hope BCP goes out of business as fast as possible. Do not buy from them!
I ordered a Dutch Oven pot for a Christmas gift. It was a beautiful blue color, which was exactly what was requested. Only got 1.5 uses out of it before the enamel on the inside cracked and popped up, making the pot unusable. Reaching out to customer service, they asked me what happened and to send a picture. I did all that just for them to tell me I was outside of the return period and there was nothing they could do. There could and should have been some other resolution. I'm stuck with a pot that may as well become a garden planter at this point, and they have my money. NEVER AGAIN.

The company customer service is hands down one of the best I have ever encountered. The products are of high quality and ordering, processing and shipping was super easy, quick and flawless. Upon receiving a damaged product, they immediately processed another order for a replacement. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend shopping from them.
Received a sandbox with a small defect (crack) in lid. Asked for replacement lid. No replacement parts were available so BCP offered 20% discount. Quick resolution and very accommodating.
I bought the industrial 5-tier shelves from BCP, and originally bought just one, but needed a second when I rearranged my living room and opened up space on the other side of my couch. They were so affordable and easy to put together, although you have to really finagle the screw/nut where the X-supports connect. You have to use the wrench to turn the nut one way while you use the allen wrench to turn the screw in the other direction, that's the only way it will get tight. I wound up calling asking for a new nut thinking they gave me the wrong size. It arrived in a couple days and when I realized it was the same size and probably user error I just did what I could to get it tight. It's fine. You have to realize that this is total veneer covering MDF, but for me you cannot tell at all unless you get close, so if it's in a light bright airy room you might not like it, but my room doesn't get as much light and you can't tell the difference unless you get close. Bought the medium brown color, works fine. It's the perfect height, shape, size.And for the price, I feel like if I ever decided to get built in shelves in this area as was originally the plan, I did not spend much for the temporaries.
First time using this company. Bought a hamper to store blankets in the TV room. Fast delivery, love the hamper, good quality. Had never heard of this company, but would certainly order from them again.
Bought Christmas gifts for our Grandsons and this is the only company that we would give our positive feedback. Excellent customer service! Thank you for a breathe of fresh air. Best choices company has my vote.
Received a broken product and now I have to pack; print labels and ship it back!
And the costumers service don't make it easy.

This business is user friendly and you actually speak to real people who help you and solve the problem if you have one.
This company is a fraud. U pay the product and they never sent u anything. Like they just want to use your money for a while.

I ordered a item that they say was shipped only to find out 5 days later that it had not even left their warehouse. I would not give my money to this company at all. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. Complete sham.

I have made several purchases of BCP products, and can say that product quality is above average. It's nice to have a company I can rely on for quality products, great customer service, and fair pricing. You can ask for more, but you probably wouldn't get it…lol

I have ordered from this site several times. Always liked everything that I ordered. Whenever I had an issue (not with product) could always get issue taken care of with no problem.
Utterly embarrassing and deceitful. The so-called "two-day shipping" is not helpful when the product sits in the warehouse for two weeks before it can be shipped. When I asked to cancel the order (product is still sitting in the warehouse) because I am afraid that my order placed on 12/13 will arrive after Christmas (and I ordered a new gift instead from a different website that offers real two day shipping), I am told that is not possible. No I cannot ask my 8-year-old gift recipient to box up the item and return it to Best Choice Products.

I got a 2nd hand product (treadmill) from Best Choice Products.
Best Choice Products was very helpful at diagnosing and troubleshooting the product.
While I have not gone through the steps, I did find them helpful, kind and responsive.
I want to give major props to the customer service department of Best Choice Products. I bought a ride-on toy from them through Walmart for Christmas for one of my grandkids and it turned out my grandchild was too big for the ride-on. I couldn't return it right away because I lived in Georgia and she lived in Wisconsin and before I could get up there and return it, I fell ill and was bedridden for 6 months.
I was just recently well enough to go and get the toy and I asked for a return and explained my situation to them and they stated that their return policy was only 60 days but understood my situation and provided me a full return, That was just awesome customer service and I can't say how satisfied I was with the results.
I would highly recommend Best Choice Products to anyone who values and covets great customer service.

A nice size for the grown-ups, and the small kids can use a step stool to play. Very sturdy for the money! Customer service took care of our problem with a missing part right away. I am impressed.
The first product I purchased from Best Choice Products was a 10" offset umbrella. I had a problem with the crank handle. The umbrella was several days past the warranty date. After explaining my problem to the customer service rep, I was awarded a new umbrella. This was the best experience I have ever had with a customer service rep. I would highly recommend their products.
Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
