This is specifically for an employee whose name is April she not just worried about my concern with the product I purchased but she's also worried about my health and not too many people take the time to worry about someone else's health I appreciate her concern very much she deserves a raise and she also deserves an award we need more people like her in this world thank you very much April for the great customer service you provided

Best Choice has a very unique wide selection of home decor. I have my eyes on a rocker seat set for my new deck. I plan to purchase soon! The only thing I wish is that they offered Klarna as well for payment options!

I ordered an umbrella which was great quality for the price I paid however the crank was damaged when I took it out of the box. I opened a chat and my issue was resolved in minutes and a new item is being shipped.

Ordered a swing from them via Wal-Mart Fall of last year, went to put it together this spring and I lost the screws. I called for replacement parts which I was expecting to pay for, they said they don't have replacement parts, are you kidding me? What a joke! Avoid this companies products at all costs.

I realized that somehow in checking my discounted price, I erroneously made the purchase. I contacted 'help' and got a quick reply. The associate, once I told him of my mistake, immediately canceled my order and was given an appropriate refund. I am sure I will place an intentional order in the future.

I purchased an umbrella and a base for our deck. Although the umbrella was beautiful, the base was too big and therefore, I needed to return both items. I thought it would be challenging trying to communicate my needs with bcp customer service via chat, but it wasn't as all. BCP customer service was extremely patient and directed me effectively with the return process and made sure I understood the process before ending the conversation.

I have now purchased 4 items from Best Choice Products, most recently a patio furniture set. Delivery was fast and set-up was easy. I had a missing part that they were unable to replace. Because the set was out of stock, they offered a partial refund on my purchase as compensation which was more than generous. Luckily the piece missing was purely cosmetic and not a big issue. I also purchased a separate cover set for the furniture that I ended up not liking the color of and they provided a full refund and told me to keep/donate the item. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

In June of 2020, we bought a 10ft 360-Degree LED Cantilever Offset Hanging Market Patio Umbrella w/Easy Tilt and loved the product until it broke within about a month or so of the time that we purchased the product. The crank casing broke apart and the umbrella would not stay open. We contacted customer service and the product was still within the return window. We were told to return the product and were sent a tag to send it back through UPS or Fed Ex. We were told by the customer service representative that a new umbrella would be sent out to us once the damaged product was returned. Over the winter I attempted to make contact with customer service since we had not received a new umbrella. I was not able to get ahold of anyone until about April or May of 2021. I was told that they could not find the record of my return and I would have to produce the Fed Ex or UPS return slip, which I no longer had. The company was great and we liked the product other than it did not last long, but the return process obviously did not go as planned. The end result is that we spent several hundred dollars for a product that broke. We followed the procedure to return the product as per their customer service representative and we are now out the money with no new product.

My mother bought my sister and I both an XL air fryer for Christmas. I absolutely loved it and used it all the time and about six months later it completely died. I called the company and they said unfortunately this happens and that was it. I don't think it was worth $150 to use for six months! I will not be purchasing another product from this company!

Ordered the round sectional piece with canopy. Easy to build and looks great on the deck! Great company to do business with. Professional and courteous!

BCP is always amenable to solutions. I have had a couple of products that had some flaws and the representatives of the company have always been responsive and accommodating with product concerns. Products ship quickly and are available at a competitive price point.

Purchased an item from Best Choice Products and needed to return it in the 60-day return window. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in resolving the return issue. They made it very easy to deal with them and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

We ordered 2 sets of patio chair and glass top tables. Was easy to put together although the glass top was smashed. Our customer service young man was polite, articulate and very fast. He solved our problem in a timely manner and we were very happy.

I purchased a 10ft outdoor patio umbrella with them on 4/22 and received it 4/28 but over this past weekend while trying to get it open the string snapped. I freaked out because before this past weekend I've only opened this umbrella abt 4 or 5 times. I went on their website and started a chat and a representative by the name of Carlos took my concerns. He was very professional, asked in brief what happened and I explained the situation and he didn't question anything and his next response was "I have put in for a replacement for you which you will receive in 7 to 10 days and no need to send in the other umbrella". This company surprised me and went above and beyond and I really appreciate that in a company. I definitely will be ordering from them again.

I've placed two orders with best choice, second order the coupon code did not apply at all so I called right away customer service…I was immediately assisted by Luis whom could not be more helpful & assuring letting me know that I would get the credit back to my credit card regardless within 5 days…it was a pleasure dealing with a company that stands by their products and discount offers…my first order arrived even faster than expected, I will continue doing business here and highly recommend this website.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service of Best Choice Products! I purchased a patio umbrella for my parents back in September (as a Christmas gift) and it was just recently opened and set up and we realized the solar panel at the top was missing. I contacted the company and even though it had been 9 months since I purchased the umbrella- they were unable to send a new solar piece- (which I offered to buy they just don't sell) without any hesitation and because they want to show great service they are sending me a whole new umbrella! This means so much to me as this gift like I mentioned before was a gift to my parents… but my entire family ended up getting Covid at Christmas and my mom, who was only 64 years old and healthy- died on January 14th from the virus. So I was really disappointed when we first set up the umbrella for my dad a couple weeks ago and found that it wouldn't light up- now that they are sending a replacement I feel like my mom will see it shine from above as we gather together. Thank you- BCP for doing this for me and for my Dad-
