This has been hands-down the best company to have literally furnished my entire backyard, with the best pricing, best customer service I found in a long time. Not to mention you get rewards points for every purchase you make which ultimately discounts your next purchase. Very happy homeowner here! From a seven piece sectional to a patio dining set, to storage Ottomans, to an LED umbrella, to a wicker bar… My backyard oasis is complete.

I recently purchased a folding rocking chair online from Best Choice Products. I was not familiar with the company but decided to give it a try. The rocker arrived in the time frame projected although it was damaged upon arrival, most likely in shipment due to the condition of the box upon arrival. I was very disappointed and promptly phoned customer service. WOW! I could not believe I was able to speak to actual people who were very apologetic and sent a replacement rocker which arrived in exactly the time frame they specified. I absolutely love the rocker and so does my granddaughter. Thank you so much. I would definitely buy from this company again. Sincerely, very happy customer

Pretty simple, ordered a foot massager as a gift, they shipped me a gaming chair. Then things became a hassle, waiting on my refund so I can order from another company that can get shipping right.

I bought a bird house and it had a defective piece. I emailed them and they are sending a new replacement. They didn't just blow me off. They are very professional and kept in contact with me.

We bought porch swing for my son and he decided he'd rather has a grill so we bought a grill and had to return the swing. I contacted the company and in no time at all I had a Fedex shipping label sent to my email for a free return and no questions asked. The gentleman that helped we was so awesome I sent in a letter of recommendation specifically for him so they know what an incredible job he did. They train their staff to go above and beyond and make it so easy to deal with it was an actual pleasure getting this done. I will most definitely keep Best Choice Products on my go to list for products I need in the future. Really a pleasure to work with! I would recommend!

I had bought a treadmill from this merchant going on three years ago and now it broke down just a few days ago. And it should've lasted past any three years but it didn't and since it's past the 60 day warranty, they claimed that I couldn't get a refund nor a replacement. I understand their policy and all but I'm still quite unsatisfied because I feel like this treadmill may have been defective from the start, and over time it was probably starting to get worse. Because the day before it broke down it was making strange noises which didn't sound too good. Anyways, I wish they would've had a warranty that went past 60 days so that I could replace this treadmill, or either get my money back. Now I'll be needing to save up and get a brand new treadmill. I would think twice before getting anything from this merchant…

A product I ordered and was shipped to me arrived with a hole. I sent a message about the problem and they responded quickly. I had asked if they could replace just the piece with the hole but they did not have that part in stock. They provided me with the option to receive a refund or have a new one shipped. I opted for a new one to be shipped and asked how to return the damaged product. They said I would not need to return it. I decided to go ahead and put together the item to use until the new one arrived but I lost the instructions. I went on their website and they had a chat feature. Within minutes they forwarded the instructions to me in the chat. I appreciated the ease of getting my problem resolved.

Very helpful. Customer Service is amazing. The toy SUV was perfect the remote wouldn't work and they were great at helping fix the problem.

Only lasted one season before the plastic on the handle around the crank cracked. Didn't have anything to do with stress, definitely a manufacturing defect. They refused to replace it. Don't recommend spending your money here.

Purchase a ride on vehicle for my 4yr old granddaughter and it malfunction. Contacted Walmart customer service and they contacted Best Choice and within a day they responded and gave me a refund. I would definitely shop with them in the near future.

Ordered the grey pool lounge chairs, set of 2. For the money its a great value and the product seems well made. Its nice that they fold for easy storage. The only thing that I don't like is they don't lay perfectly flat to lay on your stomach, but its not a deal breaker. Still a great product!

Great backyard products!

Bought a seven piece patio set. Did not receive all the parts and had no hardware to put together. Unfortunately it was passed the 60 day warranty so no help received. Be very careful of this company. They do not stand by their products.

While the product I received was damaged twice, the level of customer service to make it right, will keep me coming back. Most companies you have to fight to get things taken care of and the agents offered solutions before I even asked for them. Great company to do business with and I will come back because of this experience!

I bought a dual-wheelbarrow /cart from this company online. Upon assembly, we noticed one wheel would not inflate. My phone call to customer service took less than 5 minutes. The representative was kind and efficient. She sent out not one, but 2 replacement wheels. The new wheels arrived within 1 week. Now we have an extra just in case one wheel breaks with use. It works great and makes hauling heavy hardwood on our property so much easier. The design of the wheelbarrow is great. It is lightweight and carries a heavy load. Both my strong, fit, tall 25 year-old son and I (not so strong, not so fit, 5'3", 50+year old woman) find it easy to use and super helpful. This was a refreshing customer service experience that has restored my faith in quality businesses.

Bought an electric jeep for grand-daughter, put it together and it didn't work. Talked to BCP to trouble shoot problem, but still could not get it to work. BCP sent out a new jeep just in time for Christmas. I did not have to go through the hassle of disassembling the old jeep and shipping it back to BCP.
