Customer service lies!

Ordered a doll house for my child 2 day shipping. The delivery date was today I call fedex to be told the company never shipped the product, I contact customer service to be told the shipping takes 7-10 business days even though Amazon, Walmart and there website offers 2 days shipping. When telling the agent that it still advertises this he basically tells me oh well and just keeps saying "I'm sorry for the confusion" over and over again. After all this they tell me they are sending a replacement all the while I waited over an hour on hold to receive an email minutes later saying I'm being refunded! So another hour on hold they tell me oh that was a mistake you are getting a replacement so now I'm 6 days from Christmas with absolutely no answers on what is happening with my order! Customer service clearly doesn't know what they are talking about and lesson learned I will NEVER order again

My customer service experience with the representative at Best Choice Products was the best customer service I can recall.
My phone call was answered after two rings and without waiting to be handed off to someone else to help me, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes.
In addition, the item I purchase arrived in a matter of days and was about 30% less money than I had seen the item advertised for elsewhere.
Therefore, I am giving Best Choice Products a FIVE STAR REVIEW and will buy from them again and I will highly recommend them to you and my friends and family.

Great products

A few years ago I had my first experience with BCP. I ordered gravity chairs. I was admittedly skeptical but the price was great. I received the item so fast, in great condition and have been a believer since! I've since purchased many of their items and have had a pleasant purchase each time! I look forward to their items because they have different things than i find in stores and on line for great prices: win-win!

Problem Solver!

I'll try to be as brief and accurate as possible. I ordered 2 keyboards for my granddaughters in N. C., I live in Bflo. NY. I received notification that they were delivered and within minutes of notice I contacted my daughter whom said they were not there. I called the company and was assured they would track the package as well as submit an issue ticket as expedited. The good news is, Fed X delivered to wrong building and the kind neighbors bought them to my daughter. Not once did I feel as if I was ignored by the company and they were grateful I informed them of the success. Great customer service skills. KUDOS!

Great Customer Service

I had a great experience with their customer service. I ordered an item and then decided I wanted to go a different route. I emailed them and asked if I could cancel the item rather than the hassle of trying to return it later. I thought bc I sent an email there was no way someone would respond in time to cancel it and I would be stuck having to return it. To my surprise, someone quickly responded to me letting me know my item had been cancelled. That was it! They just cancelled it. No questions asked. No hassle.

I had the best customer service experience with Joshfel. He was able to assist with my order that unfortunately arrived damaged. Although, the crack and scratches were minor, I wanted to reorder due to the price I paid. I was really bummed, when he mentioned it's the last item in stock. My kids were looking forward to their new chairs and table. Joshfel offered a full refund and kindly said to keep the item and hopefully my kids will still enjoy even though there's minor damages. I didn't expect to keep the item, but I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and now my kids are happy! Definitely a good way to not lose a customer.

I needed to return this item because my five year old granddaughter decided she wanted something different for her "big" Christmas gift. I chatted with Mila and she emailed me my shipping label and the entire transaction took only ten minutes!

I have ordered from this company a few times now. I have been happy with all of the products. You get decent quality at a decent price. Thats saying a lot, but great customer service says even more. Online photos and descriptions of products are thorough and accurate. The products arrive promptly from time order is placed. CS reps are readily available at all hours to assist and are knowledgeable about the products. I have only had a problem with one product, which was quickly replaced. No hassle. I will purchase from this company again.
