I purchased a greenhouse from Best Choice Products thru Amazon. The package arrived just as stated, however when I went to assemble the greenhouse there were parts missing. I chatted on line with a BCP representative about the missing parts, she was awesome. They did not have the parts to send me so she got a new greenhouse on its way to me. This customer service has been great to work with! Joann was awesome!

So thankful for Best Choice Products! We've got several products from them and I was excited to see they offered power-wheels for kids but was disappointed when our cars had less than the run time the website boasted. After contacting Best Choice - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They accessed the problem did a bit of troubleshooting and deemed it necessary to replace BOTH of our powerwheels, we received the replacement products within just a few days and they work awesome. I placed an order for a Christmas tree. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Upon opening it, I realized it was not what I wanted and too tall. I contacted the company to ask how to return it and told them I already ordered another one from there company. I catted with Gasthy, Who was very kind. Asked why I was returning, how my day was, telling me to be safe at my job and thanking me. Next thing i know he says you can keep the tree or give it away and I will be refunding your money. I've never had a company be so knid. I just couldn't believe that would be done. Guess what? I have the tree and my money was refunded in 2 days. These people are awesome! No hassles, very knid

We bought a chair that was starting to leak some grease. I emailed Best Choice Products asking what could be done, and within 30 minutes in sending an email on the weekend, we received an answer back saying how sorry the company was and that they would issue a refund for the defective chair. I've never experienced such great customer service with all of my online shopping. I will be sure to utilize buying more products with this company because they stand behind their products and provide exceptional customer service!

I purchased my 4th BCP Christmas tree this year. We started with a 7.5 foot hinged Spruce via Amazon. I was very pleased with the quality for the reasonable price. Since they I have purchased two 9 ft and one 7.5ft hinged Fir trees via bestchoiceproducts.com. The fir trees are a bit more expensive but have a higher number of tips therefore are fuller. I also started ordering direct from BCP because they give you reward points towards your next purchase.
I put up 8 artificial trees so I'm particular about their looks & quality and have been very pleased!

I purchased a shelving unit from Best Choice. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.
The shelf was easy to assemble. We did find a manufacturing defect in one of the metal side sections. One of the screws that holds the back crossbar in place would not stay in place. The opening for the screw was either stripped or not manufactured correctly, so the screw will not hold the back cross bar in place.
I contacted the customer service department via email and sent them photos of the issue. They responded quickly. I had hoped to get a replacement part of the shelf unit or possibly have a work order for future repairs. Best Products customer service felt that the best way to take care of the issue was to ship a new shelf. That decision exceeded my expectations. The representatives I dealt with were professional and very easy to talk to. They communicated quickly and made me feel very comfortable.

I received the product, assembled per the instructions and it would not light. I contacted support, explained the issue and the first lady disconnected. I then connected to the second lady and had to start over. She made a refund proposal but disconnected as soon as I accepted the offer but I did not know if BCP accepted the offer so I had to start a new chat with a third lady. She was very nice and confirmed the offer was accepted. I first had asked for a replacement fire pit but was told none were in stock and they did not know when any would be in stock. I then asked for parts to fix it and was told no parts were in stock and did not know if they would get any parts. I just purchased the pit and no pits were available and no parts were available. That is poor support. You send me an orphan fire pit that is defective and have no support for it. Shame on you. Your support people do not or can not provide useful support. Shame on you. The ladies were nice but they were not given the tools necessary. I tried to get the fire pit to work for over a week and spent time in chats with people trying to get help but none was available. Shame on you.

I have ordered several products of interest over the last decade, never a problem, great prices and quick delivery, items as advertised. Recently ordered an item for my grandsons birthday and inadvertently in hast had it sent to wrong address 210 instead of 201. My son's neighbors were nice enough to return via USPS (verified). They issued me a refund and I reordered item with the correct address; may arrive a day after his 3rd birthday but no worry, he'll never know.
I ordered a bench, it is beautiful and sturdy. However, it was DELIVERED by Fed ex, with a huge hole in the box and the hardware was missing. Best choice was contacted, their customer service was great!. They gave me choices. I made my choice and I got my bench outside looking great. GREAT FAST customer service! Thank you for your concern over my delivery issues.
Customer service was excellent on a product that I received damaged. BCP sent out a replacement the same day that I reported the issue and I received the replacement FedEx overnight. I think that this is a great company with great products.
They are amazing - they really care about their customer and understand them / they went above and beyond to help me Solve my issue
I bought a coffee table and it was very elegantly designed. Had some challenges while installing but once its done was very happy with my purchase.
